If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars for their review I would. I Totally received an unpleasant welcoming. My first time there, I arrived for dinner at a quarter til 8 and the lady told me she couldn't take my order because #1 she didn't have $ in the register? So I asked can't you just take credit card? She replies with I have to shut down soon. EXCUSES! I Called the manager and was also a complete dick like that employee was. Never again will I set foot through that forsaken place. Get it together.

One of the worst company stores I've ever had the displeasure to manage. It was doing its best when I was handling it, but I was forced to quit due to poor upper management, harassment, and never being able to get back replies from corporate. Not only was I not paid as a manager under federal labor laws, but there was work I performed that I was not paid for at all. Since my leaving I've observed out of date meats, bad customer service, and poor ownership accountability. If you're adamant about not being sick, I would avoid going. I have written it off to karma and have progressed to better since. Buyer beware!

I haven't been treated so nicely ever before. I dont remember their names but the two ladies who helped me today were awesome. Perfect attitude, happy, great customer service. I will definitely come back. The person who was training the new employee was so kind to her. She was super easy going and explained things in a friendly way. She was totally not bossy at all like most trainers/supervisors are. Thank you to both of you.

I've been coming here several times a month for about 6 years and this must be the most incompetently run restaurants I've ever experienced. Tonight was last straw with Derrick. I was ordering three footlongs when he mistakenly put a lot of the wrong sauce on two. I clearly said I only wanted it on the chicken but he was listening to music with one earbud and probably didn't hear me. Who wants sweet onion sauce on a tuna and spicy Italian? I politely asked that he start the two over but he told me that he would have to move me to the back of the line if I did. I said it made no sense for me to wait behind these other three people when he messed up, not me. He wouldn't budge and I so I asked for a refund, which he said he didn't know how to do. (Don't ever pay when they are toasting, I guess.) So I had to wait for him to make the other people's three sandwiches, but then as they were paying he gave me the refund. So I guess he lied?! Maddening! This store apparently can't find a halfway decent employee to stick around. Their turnover appears to be crazy. They consistently close up to 20 minutes early and open late because they aren't properly prepped from the night before. They used to have a lady who refused to not cut footlongs in half through the wrapping paper. I'm done with this place for good.

Always have terrible service, usually there's only one person working especially past 5pm. Employees never seem to care or be motivated at all, they move at the speed of molasses in the winter. Everytime I go in past 5pm they're usually out of most of the meats for some reason (maybe the employees don't understand what they're supposed to be doing for prep or maintaining food stocks). There is either a management or employee issue going on here, I have gone multiple times as I live in the area but I have yet to be able to get a sandwich. WORST FOOD PLACE EVER, DO NOT GO!

If I could give Zero stars I would! I would actually give a negative 5. Smh. I Had the worst experience here, I dont know the womans name but she was an african American, kinda skinny with little hair who claimed to own the store. Super rude & ghetto as ever. Customer service is not ideal to her clearly. Told us to leave because my son had been eating little ceasars pizza. Like Really? A two year old apparently has that much impact upon the stores business not making enough! ( Mind you we were going to buy more than $25 worth of food) Ha what a Joke, the real reason this place brings no business is the Employees themselves! Fix it

Did they close down the store? It looked empty when I looked that way from the wall Mart store last night. Most of the negative reviews here I have experienced also at the store. Early closings, out of things, most employees stressed out acting as if you are bothering them when all you want is a sandwich. Understaffed usually...
