This Boston Market is very very clean. the food is always nice and hot as you can see in the picture, I get this meal all the time , delicious!

whenever I've gone in it's been fine, but alot of the time I'll notice that one person is forced to do all the work when everyone else just stands around and does almost nothing. as someone who has worked in fast food for 20 years I can only imagine how terrible the employees may feel. the food is always great, but I feel like management could be doing more. employees shouldn't be forced to complete so many tasks at once especially when the people who could help are standing around them.

Food are not bad at this Boston Market location. Interior of the store is clean, but those glasses surrounding the dinning area looks like haven't been cleaned for a while. Service has been improved compare to last year. Counter servers are welcoming and friendly. Store management has did a good job on improving their front line customer service and reduce the wait-time during rush hours. Will come back.

Nearly every time the staff is fast and courteous and the food is always good. However I do miss the spiced apples and the stuffing being relegated to only holidays. But I guess that's what I get for not going as frequently as I used to when I commute it on the train!

The chicken is so good. The store was clean and the staff is always so friendly. There was a problem with an order I placed online. Right when I placed it corporate told the manager not to sell anything with lettuce. The manager hooked me up to compensate for the sandwich which wasn't even their fault. Honest staff too because they said it was from that food poisoning thing going around on lettuce. They could have sold it to me anyway, but did the right thing. I also love the new roast beef.

I work in the same industry (restaurants), and I completely understand what customer service is about, and as a customer I’m very understanding and patient and try never to complain. However the staff at this Boston market is very impolite and rude, this establishment also lacks of maintenance in general and food sides are not prepared in advance. I enjoyed the food but not the service.

First Impressions Truly Last
My first visit was a grand so I made this resto on top list.
My first meal here was the pulled BBQ chicken & have to go back to try there for the prime rib. And yes both are so delicious.
All the staffs here are so amazingly helpful...
