Papa Murphy's

I’m gonna give this papa Murphy’s a 2 star. Because I really think papa Murphy’s pizza is actually really good and great priced. When I first moved here a year and 1/2 ago this place was my go to. Now since I heard they changed management. The quality and attention to detail has Gomes down dramatically. ESP. With the hours. I dunno if these kids are making their own hours or what. But they close different than what says on the door and the website. I hope it gets back to what it was

Well, I won't be returning to this location. Called and ordered a pizza and wanted half without cheese. Not an uncommon request and the girl read it back to me. Stood in line for about five minutes while three people tried to figure out where some guy's pizza was while sniping at one another. Finally got to the front of the line and checked out. Was given my pizza and it was beautiful but covered liberally in cheese. Told her it was supposed to be half cheese and she took the pizza and had some guy make it again. This time it had about 1/3 the toppings and is super messy. Never an apology or anything; just a nice little bit of attitude. Really not impressed and will not be back to this location.

I absolutely love Papa Murphy's pizza. Their prices are great for fresh ingredients that one can take home and cook to perfection or throw in the fridge and save till later. The only reason I am giving a four star rating is because of the attitude of one of the employees behind the counter. He was very negative sounding, groaning and sighing like he didn't want to be there or that there was much better things to be doing. You cannot act like that when working a job, no matter how much you don't want to be there.

Well, I will never return to this location. Placed an online order for two pizzas and a salad. I gave the young man my name - he handed me one pizza. I told him I ordered two pizzas and a salad and he said, no, you only ordered one pizza. Once he looked at the receipt again, he just turned away, handed me the second pizza and told me to get a salad out of the cooler. I went to get my salad, but there were none of the kind I'd ordered. When I asked where my salad was, the kid just shrugged and said they only make two a day and that the lady before me took the last one. I said, but I ordered one 45 min ago... He just looked at me and said, sorry. Ugh. To top it off, one pizza was made wrong. Do yourself a favor and go down Smokey Hill a few miles to a MUCH better location.

I’m currently sitting in this store With a bunch of teenagers mostly focused on when they’re getting off. The pizza area was an absolute mess and they were out of ingredients. It was especially nice when one of them mentioned that there was a spider in the food. The young man clearly in charge was certainly struggling to keep his teenager crew under control. Need an adult on site.

2 stars instead of one because it's Papa Murphy's. Would have been 5 had we just gotten everything we ordered, I love Papa Murphy's. No customer service. Despite somewhat nice people, nobody had a clue what's going on. It did not seem to be a lack of employees. I would guess you could walk in here, tell them you ordered anything and walk out with it. I've learned my lesson to know exactly what your spouse ordered and told you to pick up because they won't know. I drove out, picked it up ''my order", came home and the wife asks where is everything else? They didn't include 2/3rds of our order. Drove back out knowing what we ordered, and had the wife call ahead of time to get the rest of our order ready to go, maybe something to compensate for having to drive back out. Got in there, relatively irritated, and having at this point kind of remembered what we ordered I asked for our order. Even though we had already called, nothing was prepared. Nobody had any idea. Someone suggested I try another store. I said, I already picked up one of our items from here. I went back out to grab my phone to see what we ordered exactly. About 3 people I interacted with had no idea and I had to show them the list of items we ordered while they went to prep and grab what we were missing from our order. They agreed to include something extra over the phone and we got nothing. I could have bothered but I'd rather just forget about it and enjoy my food for now and never go here again. Maybe management here needs to teach these people a bit of communication skills with each other, some team work, cooperation, sharing of information... When they had to go to the back of the store to ask someone in the freezer something about our order and even that guy had no idea... I don't know what exactly, but something is wrong. I love Papa Murphy's, others in town are great s. Just know what your spouse ordered before walking out.

Have been in the store several times and have the same experience with any of the staff. They greet you and work quickly to prepare your order. While others have issues with the service they have received, I have not had such an experience. My only recommendation would be to keep the Taco Grande pizza year round!!!!

I have been to this store for the last time. This was the 5th time there. Three of those times they either didn't have what I needed (salad and pizza) or gave me the wrong thing. It is bad when you want a large pizza for lunch and they have none prepped for the day. If they have what you need and it is the right size, it does bake into a good pizza.
