7-eleven

I specifically went there to purchase the 7-Eleven brand of Frappuccino coffee drinks similar to Starbucks. The sign says two for $5, when I saw they did not ring up as two for $5, I asked the cashier about it and he just went and removed the sign from the refrigerator. I would have only bought one if they were not two for $5. I feel a little cheated

Bonfils provides OUTSTANDING customer service. Every single time I've been here he greets me w. A smile and a, "Hey Primo!" Never fails. Not only me but every single customer. He is so welcoming. As someone who manages two restaurants I wish I had employees with his unparalleled customer service! I have 4 closer gas stations but I come to fill up here just because of Bonfils he makes my day even on my worst days!

As somebody in customer service, I hate ray everytime I go in, the cashier it's always on his phone. He doesn't put it away either, he sets it on the counter, still has text messages open or Facebook, finishes his text then helps me. It's so little but like I said, as somebody in customer service, it's so annoying. I know it gets boring but when I look around, I see chips that could be fixed, candy that could be restocked, or start researching the tobacco products. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in for cigarettes & they had no idea which ones they were. For a new 7 eleven, I think you could be doing better as for employees. Also, not very nice. Seems like I'm interrupting honestly. Sorry I interrupted your texting but my kid needs milk so I'm sorry you have to stop your important convo to ring out 1 thing.
