My husband and I come to this location all the time from clever. We went this morning 1/30/2022 and we had ordered three meals and with that asked for a side of the sauce that came on one of the sandwiches and all curly fries. We got our food and the sauce and one of the curly fries had been replaced with normal. No big deal we swung back around and they were very sweet and told us to meet them at the window. The girl popped her head out with the sauce and said thanks! Have a good day and shut the window, still no fries so we waited there and then after waiting she came back with another bag and handed them to us again very quickly handed them over and said thanks have a good day. We pull over and start eating and open the bag and they still aren’t curly fries. Don’t get me wrong they were not rude but after a few times still couldn’t get it correct /;

The food was pretty good. However the roast beef had way to much liquid running from it, my bread was soaked. The soda machine in the lobby was in dire need of cleaning. There were several tables that needed to be washed off. Was not impressed.

Was 930am waited at window 15 minutes for a drink and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Good wasn't even hot like they had just made it. What happened to fast food?

Service tends to be a little slow, but the food is usually very good. We really like the 2 for 1 offers they have on sandwiches since we usually skip the fries.

Was a door dash driver and waited 25 min for the order. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Giving everyone the wrong food. The 3 working front and drive thru were arguing and yelling at each other. Worst service I've ever come across.

The computer was down when we went, staff was a little frazzled. I ordered the honey waffle sandwich, which was delicious but very small, more like a slider.

I walk in and go to the counter. The shift manager is at the counter taking on his cell phone. Another employee is working drive thru walking back and forth.
I stood there a solid 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by the the manager or the worker. (Hello sir we'll be with you in one minute). Is all I needed. I was literally turning around to leave before I was helped.
I'm big on customer service. I don't expect alot just simple pleasant service.
And I paid $8 for this... Which wasn't correct. I see no hot honey drizzled on it as the menu showed.

Took 15 minutes to get our food, hair in my chicken, fries were undercooked, and the employees were standing around chatting as there was a huge line in drove through. Will NOT be coming back.
