As a pup it is not uncommon to wear my hood into a business. I have always been treated with respect and when asked to remove my hood i simply ask why since wearing it is not illegal. Usually i get a very reasonable answer and ill remove my hood out of respect for the employees and business. I however was treated with disrespect and kicked out of this business when i asked for that clarification. The employee was rude and all i have to say is go ahead and kick me out for my pup hood, lets just not forget that you allow people with face masks to cover their face or identity. So to single me out was very discriminatory and i was basically profiled and all i wanted was a damn ice cream and soda at 1AM.... the employee in question represented 7-eleven very very poorly. That location will never get my business again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I was just in there with my kid who the cashier gave him the wrong change, I went to talk to the cashier who said it wasn’t him who also said it was his second day of work and he was by himself (In what kind of job they leave a new employee by himself the second day?) he said he couldn’t give me the money that I have to go back tomorrow at 5am to talk to the owner(because that’s the only thing I have to do tomorrow morning)… he was really rude, laughing in my face.. sometimes it’s not about the money is about taking advantage of a kid or any one in general. I was just reading the reviews and apparently you should not trust the cashiers in here looks like I’m not the only one that’s been though this at this location. Should’ve have call the police for stealing from people.

I used to go here a few times a week. The employees were always helpful and cool. Went by there on Monday November 1st and the gas pumps were taped off, the windows on the store were all boarded up and the store is CLOSED. I don't want to speculate as to why out of respect the owner but hopefully it will reopen soon.

Not my favorite 7-11 for sure as clerks are often rude, They don't put out coffee shots here, too many panhandlers congregate out front, plus this 7-11 is chinzy if they can't spare a cup of water for a couple hot dogs once in awhile? On average I spend a minimum daily budget of 10.00 x approx. 300 days a year so you bet I expect a complimentary cup water and a few straws occasionally.

The store employee were no helpful. There were two of the but non of them came out to help saying we are not supposed to go out like I have not worked in gas station before. It was not even night at noon. I asked about air and the black lady didn’t say anything about it’s not working so when I tried all the air from my tire got out. Then when I ask the black man for help he said it’s not working. Then when I ask for cash back $4 in quarters for air mechanics they said they don’t give quarters. Then when I asked to replace mocha coffee they says they don’t have syrup after making wait for 5 minutes and I had to ask twice. I can’t believe it I had good day until nothing worked in the store from air to coins to drink. If you have air machine then fix it it is not for decoration.
