Online experience was alright, ordered my food and everything was going well until the delivery time kept changing and then at one point it said the website was down and they were having technical difficulties after the fact that I put my credit card in and it went through. I waited almost an hour and a half for a Pick Up, I was gonna get it delivered but thought pick up was gonna be fast but I was wrong. When I got to the store nobody helped me until I asked for help even though the workers were just standing around. When I got my pizza I drove straight home because I had to feed my family not even thinking I should check my food. Got home and my pizza was all flipped in my box the other one was supposed to be a extravaganza pizza but the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on there and all 3 of my pizzas seemed like they were not even cooked all the way. Worst experience ever!!!!

Spent $40 on 1 pizza, delivery fee, and tip. Waited an hour. Was told they only have 1 driver. Waited another 40 mins. Pizza showed up cold. Driver Jorge was rude and lied to my face. Liliana laughed it off and told me I should have called. They won't give you your money back either. Only a credit towards your next order with them. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

No sauce on my pasta bread bowl.... Why though? It comes with the pasta... I didn't take it off or anything. WTH... This isn't my first bad experience with them... Won't be my last I'm sure. I just received my order. Shame.

I ordered pizza from here and I was already worried because it told me when it came out of the oven and wasn’t delivered until a good 30 minutes to an hour later. Received my pizzas and it tasted good but like it was maybe reheated before it left the store. Like I said it tasted great but the next day my boyfriend and I had horrible food poisoning. I was throwing up and had diarrhea for a couple of days and the pizza didn’t get finished because it was clear something was off with it so that was a sad waste of money and I’d appreciate it if the store were to comp 2 pizzas or something. I love Pizza Hut but they don’t deliver to me so I had to go with dominoes and was dissatisfied

The worst dominos. I’ve given them so many chances but today’s mess up was pathetic. I live 5 minutes away from this location and I placed an order at 2pm. The pizza was cooked at 2:30 and out for delivery at 4:22?! I had to cancel it. I understand there’s snow outside but come on. It barely snowed 3 inches and the roads were clean at that point. When I called to check on my order the person helping me laughed at me and said that I should have called before placing my order online. Don’t order from this pathetic, unprofessional location.

My pan pizza dough was raw, call to let them know he thought I needed a hand out, that was not the case! It’s more like man I should have order Pizza Hut but I couldn’t remember how Domino’s Pizza was cause I haven’t had it in a while, definitely made the wrong choice. Also was hung up on after saying I did not need a free pizza I just wanted to make him aware of what they are giving people!

Very disappointed with Domino's tonight my kids never got there pizza dinner. I placed a online order at 7:50 pm pizza tracker said it was ready around 8:10 pm I called to see if everything was okay around 8:40 pm Customer service told me they were short staffed but that the order was on the way. A hour passes bye, my kids fall asleep so I call and once again they tell me the order is on its way, so I just canceled my order. I feel like this situation could have been handled alot better Iacustomer would completely understand if they were SUPER busy and if the customer service representative told them that it would be recommended that they come in to pick up their order due to the staff shortage for drivers but sadly this was not recommended. 😕

I waited 1 1/2 hours for pizza to be delivered, it was still not there. I called the store and the person who answered wait it would be at least another 45 minutes before it would be delivered, or I could pick it up. I was very busy at work, but did go to pick it up. When I got there I asked him if the pizza had been sitting there and his response was “ yep”, but he could credit my account. When he handed them to me I said they were cold. His response to that was “ so, they are free”. I won’t order from here again. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered because this seems normal for this store. I can’t believe any company would be ok with this kind of service, but obviously you are.
