Subway

This is the absolute worst Subway location! The employees are combative, rude, and improperly trained, if they're trained at all. The last few times we have been here, it has just been worse and worse. The employees don't know what goes on their products or how to make them (we ordered two of their wraps - he had no idea that he was supposed to heat the meat, put on cheese, or other toppings) and we had to argue with him every step of the process! Meanwhile, there was another person standing in the back we could not see, correcting him and saying we were right. He completely butchered the entire wrap, it was falling apart and he wouldn't listen to what we want (like a LITTLE jalapeno means two large handfuls to this kid) and then wouldn't take our coupon, even though we've never had a problem prior. I will NEVER again return to this location; it has absolutely horrendous service. That's if they have any at all! The time prior, we went in and waited fifteen minutes and not once did a person come out! Don't go to this location unless you want to end up in an argument over a sandwich, and then end up paying for atrociously made food.

This place is my go to for lunch. I've been eating here 3 or more times per week for over a year and have only had one bad sandwich. That lone incident was due to a girl in training learning the ropes. Overall, the staff is very nice and the bread is always fresh(most important part imho) I never have to wait very long unless I'm in there during the noon hour.

Shane is probably the rudest employee I have ever met anywhere. Come in an hour before close, and he’s slamming things making it obvious he doesn’t want us here, he must hate his job this has happened twice now. I will never come here again. Rudest person I have ever met. You might want to check the way he treats his customers. I used to love coming here. Now I won’t ever come again.

I love this location because it's usually very quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always get my order right and the restaurant is always clean. My biggest issue is that there is absolutely no disabled parking. There is none for the entire shopping center. That's really disappointing that subway couldn't even put in at least one disabled spot for the elderly and disabled who need it.

2 Turkey Italianos made without turkey. Had to go back and unwrap the sandwich to add turkey. Made for a couple of very messy sandwiches. Not super clean either around the drink machines. (Only 4 customers in the building including myself when I went) There are plenty of other subways in the area to not have to deal with something like that.
