Taco Bell

Doors were locked at 7:00. Person running drive through was unfriendly. Ordered 2 12pk crunchy tacos. Tacos tasted, smelled stale. Meat fell out of the bottom. Tacos tasted a day old. Asked for lots of hot sauce. I got lots of hot sauce seeattached picture. It is play where's the tacos. Won't be going back Del Taco is across the street & 10× better.

Multiple weeks in a row now this store has failed to allow customers that come through the drive thru to place an order due to a 'large Grub Hub' order. They claim that you will have to wait 15 minutes for your order because of this large order. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. The people that take the time to actually go get their food from the restaurant are not given priority over a delivery service? Just disgusting customer service. Avoid this store if you don't have 15 minutes to wait for your food.

The cashier was really rude. While she was ringing up my order, she walked away from me while I tried to clear something up on the debit card console by asking her a question. She continued to ignore me, grabbed my cup and I just figured out the problem on my own, and grabbed the receipt since she hadn't returned. I got my food, which I ordered to eat there, and they gave me my food in a to go bag. I said to her that I had ordered to eat in, but this lady kept waking away, never correcting my order. I sat down to eat, and minutes later, three of the female staff came out to the front beyond the ordering counter, and just started talking really loud! It was quite ear grating, especially the heavy set blonde one woman. Besides the horrible staff here, the chicken in the chalupas was so dry, and the taste was just so bland. I highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere for any food. This location has the rudest staff, and worst tasting food. Don't go through what I did, or, probably worse.
