Domino's Pizza

My kids love Domino's pizza, and I appreciate that we can see the progress of our order online. What impressed me most about the Himalaya location last night was that upon my picking up our order, I heard the manager say to the team, "Great work tonight!!". It was so refreshing to hear a leader recognizing the team effort it takes to be successful! Way to create a positive work culture, Domino's!!!

I came in on Friday the 13th. Yup.. I know. Off to a bad start. But everything was great by the time I left. Long story short, my wife REALLY wanted the lava cakes and I couldn't say no. I walked in and could immediately tell they were SWAMPED, over a 90 minute wait. The fine people at Domino's said "there's no way I'm going to make this man wait an hour and a half for Lava cakes!" and expedited my order. Lee, the nice gentleman who took my order, was very nice and was patient with me even though I messed up typing in the tip and cancelled the whole order instead of just deleting the numbers I had typed. I just hope that the rest of their evening was as good as they made mine! Thank you Domino's and thank you Lee!

Ordered pizza (online wait time was 30-40 minutes), waited over an hour, called store and was informed that delivery times were running between 2-2.5 hours because it was understaffed. Had to cancel order (ordered at noon, expected delivery was 2:30PM) was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Busy place, which is understandable for which i waited 1 hour after ordering online, but this was the most disorganized dominos. Failed to do carside delivery, checking in store was informed that the pizza was not ready (even though the tracker said it was), whereas it was lying down for 15 mins until they figured it out.

My FAVORITE is the 5 CHEESE DIP. I always get the garlic bread twist with it. The PIZZA is good 2 buy my favorite is the 5 CHEESE DIP. When ordering it I always use it as a lunch or dinner. They 3 or more 2 diips 2 chose from. There is different breads 2 chose from for all the dips.close @ MIDNIGHT NEW YEARS EVE.
