Is "ugh" enough? My experience here was rough. I went through the drive thru and placed a normal sized order. With no cars behind me, they immediately sent me to wait out front. 10 minutes later, they bring my food out. No other cars or customers came through might I add. I assumed since it took so long it would be correct. I got home, half of the order was missing. I called and they offered to fix the order but only if I had the original receipt which I was not given. So, I was out $15 worth of food and the food I received was subpar at best.

I normally have no issue at this KFC, always been friendly service. Was there about 20 minutes ago. I never even got my food because the lady Brandy? Was at the drive thru with no mask or gloves on, and kept coughing. She kept ducking her head below the plastic barrier with no mask on either asking for the amount! I ended up letting her know that I have my mask on and if she could pull hers up, she said I can't breathe in it so deal with it. I said cancel the order and drove off.

The food was cooked very well, and there were no mistakes with my order. The customer service was impeccable. The young woman running the counter was very thorough and and detailed oriented. She made sure all the condiments we needed were in the bag before I even asked. The restaurant itself isn't aging well and the floor needed to be mopped, but overall for the price of the food and the service experience I was very pleased.

Where to begin... in the past 5 years I have never, not once ever waited less than 15 minutes after ordering at the drive thru... but tonight was the worst. 30 minutes after ordering our food, they finally brought the bag out to the car. I have also had over $50 of food left off my orders. Tonight was no exception as we did not get the hushpuppies or the chicken little. The kids working there are generally nice, even polite and often apologetic, but i cant accept this anymore. Enough is enough. I caution you to go somewhere else if your time or your money matter to you.

Every time I go there, there is a line of people waiting to order. Then there is a pick up line. Then there is a line where the fun starts. Wrong orders and a staff with no leadership. When will someone shut this place down. All I can say, whomever owns this place should be embarrassed! Back again. Ordered at drive the, now waiting for food with 4 others. I see your canned replies. How about some action. I remember when you owned this store at Himalaya and Smokey Hill. Much better back then!
