Worst experience ever! I ordered on the app and there was a complication, I was told to speak to someone to find my order by the app as for some reason it couldn't give me my order number. I spoke with 5 people four of which spoke little to no English NONE of them understood it well enough to help it took another guest who speaks Spanish to translate so they could understand. MCDONALD'S IS AMERICAN! MORE THAN 90% OF AMERICANS SPEAK ENGLISH! THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just made the horrible mistake of going back! Made he order super simple. Two happy meals. To my surprise one box is complete and the other had no food just toys and a drink. So now I have to get more food which was the whole reason I went in the first place. I’m all for raising minimum wage but I ask you raise your minimum brain cell count in lieu of the aforementioned.

Went through the drive through, they got my breakfast sandwiches right, but when it came to the coffee, it went all wrong. Asked for 2 small coffees, with 1 having cream and sugar. I received 5 creamers and 4 sugars. That was the #1 problem. So I put in the sugar and creamer, tasted it, and taste like water and creamer. The coffee was black when I got it, but it tasted like it was the last of the pot and it wasn't enough so they added water to it. So I had to stop at a gas station to get my coffee. I'm disappointed.
