Domino's Pizza

This Domino's has always provied excellent food and customer service. Tonight we called to see why our order was taking longer than usual and they told us they wait to cook our food till there is a driver available. They were very polite and apologetic when delivering. Thank you for delivering excellent pizza even in the snow :-)

I ordered a pan pizza and after receiving a regular pizza in a pan pizza box, called the store to request the correct order. I was greeted on the phone by Sebastian, the supposed General manager. I've ordered pan pizzas dozens of times from this location (never an issue), but according to expert pizza maker Sebastian, I didn't know what I was speaking about. He was very rude insisting it was a pan pizza, over and over. Not once was any type of resolution offered, just arguing. Lacking any type of customer service, it's clear this "manager" needs serious training. This will likely be the last time I order from this Domino's due to Sebastian; so much for new ownership.

We ordered our food for the future in the app, unfortunately I did not carefully review my order before checking out and inadvertently ordered my food for the next day( which apparently is a default setting) I called the store and Henry took the call he very politely assisted me in getting our order placed for tonight. Jadyn delivered our food and was polite, respectful and honest. Really pleased with our experience as we had stopped ordering pizza from a different pizza place due to their very poor customer service and lack of concern in making things right or answering a simple question. Well done Dominos!!

Try to order a delivery on Friday night and it will take at least 1-2 hours more then estimated delivery time on Dominos mobile app. I called the store to check on my order and I was told,”IT MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR APP”. I tried reporting the issue to Dominos corporate but I have not heard anything back and this is not the first time we have experienced an issue with this particular store.
