This was to be a Father's day treat I was picking up.
Drove in and parked in a spot. Voice comes on and says system not working-get in drive thru. Ok - wait in drive thru 20 mins and girl comes out to say - Sorry for the wait but they are short-staffed and only have 1 cook and 2 others working. Ok I wait. Finally place order and now wait another 20 mins to get to window to pick up food. Get handed 1 bag so I look at contents and tell them this is not my order. Get asked 3 times what my order was so I had enough and left. What a joke!

HORRIBLE!!! Always mistakes, staff is not friendly and are unhelpful. The parking lot is a nightmare withing the 2 hours prior to close, the drive in stall are never open anymore, and the online ordering as disastrous. BE prepared to be sitting for 45 minutes to get anything.

Ordered food thru the drive thru, for some reason the so called manager came outside to my car window and confronted me about my order. I was on a phone call and questioned him as to why he had to come outside and not confirm my order at the drive thru window, a shouting match ensued. He threatened to not service me while I threatened to share his professionalism on FB live. A nice young lady took over my order and made it correct.

First time ordering thru an app and it wasn't bad. I believe Sonic waits until you get to the restaurant before preparing your food. I'm good with that!! Fresh is best!! I'll return👍🏼

Waiting over 40 min for a mobile order burger 🍔 combo with tots your competitors in the Aurora and Chicago area are fast with mobile orders I worked in hospitality and you need to be fast , best bet is hire more people or change the operations of the store simplifying it to efficient operations

Tried to do dine-in, and while the dining room was open there was nobody there. The order window was unmanned. There was an ordering kiosk but it was malfunctioning. We decided to go elsewhere. The drive-in spots and the drive-thru seemed operational but we didn't try those. Too cold.

Coming in there Tuesday evening thinking I could get a cheeseburger because extra special and I was informed that I had to do something like online or whatever that's not fair why do you do that to people that don't have that service I don't know if I would come back again
