Worst experience I've had in a very long time... I come to the store every morning for coffee, the girls on day shift are nice and respectable.. On night shift it's another entire story I had a guy tonight that was so rude while I was using the restroom he kept knocking on the door and giving me 5 minutes to use it... I asked for the guy manager and he was continuing to be rude even gave me free coffee and told me to get off his property.... I took a picture of him and the other guy that was working along with him.... While doing so he was continue to be rude to me and asked me again continuously to leave his property... I am a security guard, I need it to use his restroom for dressing out; one guy said that it was okay the secondary guy kicked me out while being rude... Needless to say that was the last cup of coffee that I would ever buy at that store again or anything else

Tried charging me an additional $1 for the free cheese on my nachos. If I wanted stale chips with no cheese I'd buy a bag of chips. The definition of nachos is chips with cheese. $3.49 for stale chips and you want to charge extra for cheese, FU. It took you over a month to respond which is almost as old as you fake cheese. .

Got two malt liquor 24ozs Ness the manager scanned 1 beer and told me their 4 dollars for two cans.. there originally 3.01 for two.. this dude tried to get another dollar off me... I told him to scan the other beer so the discount will reflect instead he put the beers aside and told me to leave..so I went to the 711 down the street and was charged 3.01.. i live down the street usually only come in the evening or night but everytime I come in The morning this dude ruins my whole day somehow.

1 star only because it is open. What "convenience" store doesn't have $30 in their till at 9 p.m. Tried purchasing cigarettes and chips, and only had $50 dollar bills. The clerk quite rudely insisted there was no possibility of completing my transaction. Throw in some lottery scratch tickets as well.... No difference. Still , "no sir, I can't break a bill that large from my funds in register." Slightly perturbed, to say the least, I exit the store empty handed. Truly I could rant and carry on at this point in this review, browse my other reviews.... But why? So, one lonely star because it would be unfair to all the other 7-eleven locations , staffed by friendly, customer oriented, awesome people on any shift to carry on as I oh so badly want to right now. I came here today because 7 11 joined the VA list to offer free coffee for veterans on Veterans day. I also grabbed about 12 dollars worth of other stuff energy drinks etc.. When I pulled out my Military Veterans I'd card and mentioned it to her she said no one gets free coffee I thought at first she was joking. I showed her the web site with the caption from 7 /11 and she said that was not valid but if I become a 7/11 rewards member over time I could earn enough points to possibly get a coffee. Just a heads up I'm having a great day I foolishly thought that I might be able to help her understand. No that did not work. Oh well I didn't mind paying for the coffee which I did. I was just insulted in the way I was treated like I wanted a hand out. I gave them 1 star because they were open.
