Volcano Tea House

The drink I ordered was good but it was the only thing that I was able to consume. I thought I'd try this place for dinner tonight and I am currently regretting it. I ordered popcorn chicken and pot stickers too. Starting with the chicken, I took a few bites before realizing that all of the pieces were pretty much the same as the first. It doesn't really taste like chicken tbh and it was super chewy. I then decided to try the potstickers but I was only able to eat two because my stomach started to turn and I had to run to the trashcan. Now I'm sitting here drinking water hoping the nausea goes away. Definitely staying away from the food next time 😬🤢

Been here a few times and it’s been okay. Staff is lovely and very friendly but usually takes a while to get things made. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and whatever syrup they use at the bottom was very slimy and bitter…I had my husband try it to make sure I wasn’t just being dramatic but he agreed and said it was not good. I’ve had other drinks (milk teas) that were fine though. Willing to give this place another chance and just order something else next time

Absolutely wonderful! I've struggled to find a place that makes warm boba teas, and finally found it with Volcano Tea House 🍵! The lavender and taro milk teas with boba were perfect! My husband and I also tried their steamed pork pot stickers, fish balls, aromatic meat plate, and squid rings 🦑, everything was brought out piping hot and delicious 🤤! It was super comfy and the staff was diligent and friendly. We will definitely be back! 😍

I love going to Volcano Tea House for Boba. I always get their Rose Milk Boba Tea and it taste how you expect; it's a nice, fresh, light flavor. They serve all their drinks with non dairy products. I take my friends here when the craving strikes. One friend tried boba before and didn't like it, but this place changed her mind! She tried the Strawberry Ice Blend Boba. The staff here is friendly, and they work quickly to make sure no one waits too long. Even if you are waiting for a while, the place is a nice and calm environment. The decorations are beautiful. They do require a mask for entrance as many of businesses do now a days. They accept card and cash. They also have food items that I'm sure would be great with their drinks.

I came in cause I want boba and this was the closest location after shopping. I told a minute to decided my drink and felt rush. I asked for boba but then removed it I felt like I was getting judged by the cashier which was horrible didn’t ask what size I wanted instead just gave me a large. Didn’t give me cash back. And push me to the side once the next costumers came. Took well over 5 minutes which I was never told of like a waiting time. Not only that this place is depressing and so empty their hardly customers here I recommend boba from banned boba their vibe is perfect and they work quick. I just felt treated horribly the whole time and wanted a refund but was too scared to go back in.

I liked this spot for trying it for the 1st time, but I'm not sure if I'd go back. The Mocha & Taro smoothie were delish & I love the nice size cups they serve 'em in. BUT, I find their menu a bit misleading - dairy free creamer being emphasized on the menu lead me to believe that more dairy free options might be offered. The staff say they can make most any drink dairy free, but they fail to mention milk alternatives or that some drinks have pudding that contains egg in them (which is considered a dairy product), which is not made apparent on the menu either. Because of that, I couldn't try the drink I was hoping for. More clarity on what goes into the drinks on the menu & from the staff would be great. Aside from that, while observing my drinks being made I was turned off by seeing the staff member SNIFF the blender jar that he was blending my drink in, as if there was an off odor. That did not make me feel confident in the cleanliness of their kitchen, or the drink I was getting. I'd like to have given 5 stars, but I think I will have to explore other boba options unfortunately.
