Taylor Street Pizza

I just ordered two pizzas one large one medium they deliver them both and both pizzas are mediums. To make it worse they charge me for the large and tried to hide it bye putting it in a large box. I called to get it corrected and they tried to deny that they made a mistake and continued to argue with me on the phone until my wife got upset and broke out a ruler to prove that it was a 14” pizza. They did not offer to fix it or refund the difference for the pizza instead told me to call back tomorrow. I have been buying from this location for almost two years and they use to bee really good however over the last couple of months their food has really gone down hill and their customer service is nonexistent. There are lots of other choices in the area for GOOD pizza and I will be giving my business to them from now on. This place is a very poor version of what it use to be. Possibly the owners don’t care or management is not up to par, but something has definitely changed. Very disappointing.

We've been ordering from Taylor Street for about 5 years. The phone staff is hit or miss and about 10% of the time a part of the order is wrong (missing cheese on salad or something like that). My biggest complaint is the pizza seems to taste different every time. Not bad, just different. Sometimes it's super salty, lots of sauce, not as much sauce, or the sauce tastes different. Also, with the calzones, the cheese is always lumped along the outer seam. Zero cheese in towards the fold.

I was so happy when i found this pizza place..not a chain and local. We were extremely happy with our first time! Then 2 weeks later we ordered xl large deep dish stuffed crust...took over an hour and 20 minutes to get to us...we said no problem. Two weeks later we ordered xl w extra sauce and extra cheese. It was 15 minutes late and NO SUACE!! When i had called they said they can ran a new pizza out to us but that meant we were going waste food and wait another hour. They said ok no problem we will credit you...well guess what.The credit was for $5 off our next order. I guess i should have had them bring the new pizza when they screwed up. So disappointed!! 😳
