Don't speak English and we're very rude when asking how to use the 7-Eleven app! Won't go there again and deleted the app. Will take my money to a nicer company even if I have to pay 6 bucks a gallon

The guys who work nights are very nice and helpful! I stop here all the time at different times of the day, and I've never seen the store dirty,out of items, or staff being rude.

Soda machine was completely out of syrup and the guy at the register just shrugged when I told him. Went to get a pastry and saw it was 3 months expired...3 MONTHS! Started out a great store. Management has let it fall very far....

I went to get some pizza qnd when i ask the cashier for the pizza he said he doesn't have it. I can see the frozen pizza right in front me.
He is like no pizza no pizza. He was a indian guy he doesn't even stand to talk with me because he was busy on video call.

The cashier would not refill the hot chocolate powder. Refused to help in any way, was rude and dismissive.

PLEASE, FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT.
Your air machine has been broken for over month or more. It either leaks out the air faster than it can fill or takes your entire 5 minutes to fill two tires (no joke). That's RIDICULOUS for a brand new location. Get it together.
So far, I've told your staff 3 times, no fix.
