Worst restaurant experience in years. It took 5 minutes for anyone to come to the register to take my order. The young man who took my order had a scraggly beard and a black T-shirt with God knows what encrusted on it. He was polite enough, but he didn't give me an idea about how long it would take for my order (2 pieces of fish) to come out. It took more than 10 minutes for it to come out, which is much longer than I would expect even if they had to cook it from scratch, which they didn't, because the 2 tiny pieces of fish were ice cold by the time I got it. The fish fillets are about half the size that they used to be. The fries were barely warm and had a fragment of a plastic wrapper in them. The condiments except for salt and pepper have been removed from the dining room, so you have to ask for them and all they have are packets. They have one kind of no-calorie sweetener (generic pink packet stuff) which they keep behind the counter in a cardboard box that is filthy and looks years old. Awful service, terrible food. I won't be back.

My family received terrible service while we visited the Southlands location on Monday July 30, 2018. Not only did the food not taste fresh, but it took 25 minutes to get our food. There were only 3 other customers in the restaurant at the time and others were getting their food before us. Part of the delay was due to the employees screwing around and not focusing on their work or the customers. I would have thought that they would of noticed us sitting there while others walked out with their food. The excuse was that our order got erased so they couldn't make it. If they knew that they should have asked us what we ordered. The manager, who I had to call, did refund my money for the inconvenience.

Issues with order about half the time. Always double the estimated time if you have to wait for food in drive thru. Last visit I was handed cups dripping their soda with the apology that the machine is overflowing cups (likely because they were topped off with ice, in my opinion). This place needs new management and better oversight by the owner or corporate...

Where do I start? I was with 2 other friends earlier today and placed 3 orders, that was simple right? Wrong. We apparently waited for almost 45 mins to at least get what we ordered. Thanks for the free sides and lemon cakes for the order we just placed that was just forgotten and never made in the first place, and you fast food employees want 15 dollars an hour? you guys cant even get a order right? I'm literally sitting in the dining area and just listening to all the complaints coming, more than 3 to be exact. Will be avoiding this part of southlands at all times. Because some of you kids that think working in fast food is just a lazy job and simple. Well whoever made those fillets to me and my homies that had freezerburn. Go get a job that doesn't require you to handle food because that was just the last nail in the coffin with this location. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

For the last approximately dozen visits I have been truly disappointed. I usually use the drive thru for take out and head home to eat. Every time I order anything it always needs to be "made fresh". When i ask why, the same answer comes over the speaker "we have had a lot of complaints about food being cold, so we make it fresh for the order". It is kinda sad for the drive thru guy have to tell everyone that asks that the service at the store he works at sucks. He always throws out some random time for when my of when my order will be brought out to me while i pull around to the totally empty parking lot in front. So much for "fast food" I always check his guess against real time and it is always 3-5 minutes longer every time, making the average over 10 minutes after i pull around before I get my order.....not good service. You think he would know after all this time how long it takes to make a "fresh" piece of fish.. Maybe keeping fresh items is hard to do when you have no customers, but it might also be WHY you don't have any customers. It seems you are in kinda a catch 22 vicious circle. My suggestion is to be constantly making fresh food, ,especially during normal meal times, and be willing to dump some good product because it was getting cold, but the people who do dine there would have true fresh,fast food as it should be. I believe that your current method, and admitting you don't make your product well, will be the downfall of your store. I hope you have better success in the future or I am afraid there will be another empty building in the Southlands. Good Luck

This is not only the worst LJS I have ever visited but it was the worst fast food restaurant in Colorado. The service was super slow, floors were dirty (I had to wipe my own table), bathroom stunk, and the food quality was worse. It took 10 minutes to order as they were out of this and that an I had to keep changing my selections. How do you run out of chicken when it's a big item on the menu? When you ask for condiments, they give you one or two packets like that is going to be enough for their limp, soggy fries. I settled for 3 fish filets since they were out of chicken strips and they came out so greasy they fell apart trying to pick them up. The fryer was so dirty that my batter looked more black than golden brown had so many burnt crumbs on it). My wife's shrimp platter was so overcooked the shrimp were like jerky. We took out trays to the manager and got a refund. LJS "used to be" my favorite but now I have to drive 30 extra minutes to go to a decent one. I will "never, ever" go back to that dump (I wouldn't give their crap to my dogs).

Came through 9/17/18. Only taking 1 order at a time, wouldn't take the next until after you paid and went to sit and wait. It took 26 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm at best. VERY few employees working. Corporate definitely should try and step in as their reputation is taking multiple hits.

My order was a little messed up but the amazingly friendly staff was on top of it right away. This is by far the most polite, pleasant, fast, fast food place I've ever been to. I will continue to be a customer because of this.
