$5 biggie bag double Stack , add Lettuce & mayo … NO ONION PLEASE, && EVERY SINGLE time I go they get it WRONG !!! as today I went in for them to correct it && they STILL GOT it WRONG ! whole CREW needs to be trained because the manager is the one that remade the order and MADE it completely not even a double stack. Service is TERRIBLE

Horrible first time coming to this Wendy’s we waited forever in line for them to have poor customer service. Also they gave my girls order her salad had nothing in it. On top of that they told me my card was declined when I literally just checked and have money in their im going to keep an eye out incase they steal my info. Kids these days are terrible at their jobs.

If y'all gon raise your prices then get the order right this my last time coming to this location either the employees are on their phones or playing whit each other but can never get the order right I'm allergic to onion and every time I ask for no onion they can't aem to make it right change your gloves

They simply don’t care…. Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Every single time…. They truly do not care. The management obviously doesn’t cate about the customer. They only care about getting orders out and the line to go away. They seriously have the worst kids working there. A bunch a little children that don’t care about you. They could care less if your order is wrong. The problem is, this isn’t about 1 wrong order , this is about every time I go there it’s wrong. Every time. I have 5 kids and they like Wendy’s, so I kinda have to go there sometimes and I dread it! They can’t even make the food properly. I mean, what a bunch of dumb kids. It’s a predominantly black neighborhood, you would think because of that I would have excellent service. When I travel to Atlanta and the south, I get southern hospitality. The black folks are all about service and helping people!! We all people! These kids at this store do not care about people. It’s absolutely amazing how poor this store is run. They don’t run the business, the business runs them. They can’t manage themselves let alone make a simple burger correctly… I’m not talking about special orders either. They can’t even make the regular menu properly. It’s just too bad. It’s like the kids feel that Wendy’s food isn’t good enough for them so they don’t care. There the face of Wendy’s when we go to have lunch. And the face doesn’t care. Wendy’s doesn’t care about there customers. They only care about themselves. They only want to get paid and do not want to keep you coming back. In fact it’s apparently they don’t want you to come back. The management should hire people that care and teach them to care or close the store. Just close the store permanently until they can figure out how to act. Shame on Wendy’s! Especially Mississippi and chambers Wendy’s. Seems when I leave aurora Colorado Wendy’s is just fine. Why even have a Wendy’s in the cultural neighborhoods if the people aren’t willing to do there job. How can a business sustain if the employees don’t care. It’s horrible.

Went to this location numerous amounts of times and I can say, my food has NEVER been good. Of course the staff was ok but I like my FOOD FRESH. If you're looking to get your food fresh , I highly suggest another Wendy's location. Also, if you do have any issues with your food, Joey will take care of you. He's a cool individual.

Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food places, I even worked at one in my teens I went and placed my order through their app. Placed a time to pick up my food. Arrived at my time and was told that my online order wasn't finished yet. I watched an employee complain that she wasn't feeling well and was messing with her phone. I waited 10 minutes after my pick up time before anyone asked if I was picking up food. I watched as two other customers come in and ordered and they received their orders while I waited. When I finally get my food and head home, once I get home I noticed that the nuggets from a biggie bag is missing, try to call but no one will answer the phone, I am losing faith in Wendy's and I am probably not going to go back
