Drove 30 min one way to pick up my order, drove another 30 to get home to find honey mustard paired with my cheese sticks. The box clearly says pizza sauce.

These pizzas were not as expected. Half the pizza is missing the pepperoni's and hardly any bacon on the second pizza. The wings could use more sauce. It was disappointing. The delivery guy was friendly and polite.

One of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. They were late when I called in and asked why online it’s showing as delivered but I have nothing. I was assured she was just leaving and will be here shortly. Half hour later, I call in and ask where my order is. Apparently she delivered it to the wrong address. Woman on the phone offers to refund items and remake everything for us. It finally got here 2 hours late. The kicker- STILL missing an item. I’ll never order here again, neither should you.

Idk if I’m lucky but I always get my pizza delivered to my house in 15 20 mins and it’s always hottt! I recommend this pizza place if you live in the summer valley ranch neighborhood.

When my pizza showed up it was soaked in grease and so sopping wet it fell apart if you tried to pick it up🤮🤮 I will never order from her again discusting!

Ordered pizza on a Friday night at 7pm. I was quoted 1 hour delivery time, which was expected. I was so surprised when the delivery was at my door in 20 minutes on the dot! Thank you for the fast and efficient service!

Fast forward 2 weeks...I forgot to apply my promo code when I ordered online, so I called the store. Andrew happily applied the promo code and saved me some money!! Andrew has amazing customer service! Thanks again bud.

I did a pre-order online for a future date, I did receive a confirmation that my order would be ready for pick up for the time I asked for. When I arrived at the location to pick up, the girl at the front computer told me that my order wasn’t in the system. I ended up going back home, a five minute drive, to call the location that I received the confirmation order from, which was the one I went to. A guy answered, I asked if an order number was ready for pick up. He explained that it was ready and it was sitting on the shelf. So since I paid for the pizza I went back to the store and of course my pizza was there. I believe the employees should be trained better with customer service, pay more attention to detail and to problem solve before causing any kind of inconvenience to the customer so there is not any escalations or bad reviews!
