Wing Stop

I’m a dasher and I called to report a issue with how I was treated in the store by staff members and the manager of tonight’s shift made it clear she didn’t want to handle any problems that might happen because when I called she kept putting me on hold and when I told her I was a dasher she had told me she doesn’t have to treat dashers like customers because we work for ourselves which in all honesty is very unprofessional. I ask for the district manager or to talk to another manager she refused to do that too instead she kept rejecting my called and forwarding me to voicemail before I had to call my dash support and report the rude response from the staff. I get paid very little to deal with that level of rudeness from a manager. I refuse to come back to this location until you have a new manager and not that lady that was there tonight. Also stop demanding we mark our pick ups that’s our job. As a independent contractor it’s my job to mark it I do not need to be told how to do my job. It’s disrespectful. Do your job and let me do mine without belittling me to the point I have to make a complaint about it on the reviews.

I made a mistake and went to this wingstop during National Chicken Wing Day. I didn’t know it was NCWD and wasn’t anticipating an hour long wait for my small order. The food was delicious though and perfect for dinner with the fam before my early am flight the next day. Next time I’ll be smarter and order online or go in when it’s not a random holiday. 😂 Bless my heart.
