Burger King

Burger King would be my most go to fast food place that I go to…. I had an issue the other night, nothing seemed to be right about the order- I ordered 2 Whopper meals with cheese ( no cheese on either Whopper) The Whoppers didn’t have the sesame seeds like usual. I ordered Large fries on both and got small. I realize things happen. I went into the store 2 days later with information on what happened. I talked with Jose about the incident- Jose said that the store had run out of buns the night that I ordered. Jose could not have been nicer about the issue and replaced the Whoppers and fries. Jose and his staff have always been very nice each and every time I have been in the store. Thank You Jose for taking care of the issue.

WOW..... I MISS THE DAYS OF BEING ABLE TO AFFORD A GOOD BURGER FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. YOU ARE A FAST FOOD PLACE NOT A RESTAURANT. I PAID $40.00 FOR TWO DOUBLE WHOPPER MEALS. EVERYTHING IS GETTING OUT OF HAND. I ALSO KNOW I MAY BE THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES ABOUT THIS SO THAT MEANS THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE. SO THE ONLY THING I CAN CHANGE IS IM NEVER GOING TO COME BACK TO ANY FAST FOOD

Today 5/10/22 i sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, there are cars in the parking lot and lights are on, i drove by the windows and theres 2 people laughing and standing around on there phones, the lobby is supposed to be open at 6 am and at 6:30 the doors are still locked and no one is wanting to work. Ive seen other reviews about this place and the quality of work and it seems like management doesnt care either, nice to know

Horrible service inside. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. When we finally had someone come up it was like we were an inconvenience. What came next blew our minds. My daughter bit into her bacon whopper melt and and it had a long black hair in it and my daughter has short orange hair. The girl that took our order wasn't wearing a hat or hairnet said out loud."do you think it could be mine"?. We got the replacement and the guy said "take it" rather rudely. We used to like driving to this location because of the service and people. Now to say the least we will NEVER BE BACK.

Edit: been here 4 times since then (i work next door) all of them are 1 star experiences! Expect to wait 25+ minutes. Expect to wait a long time for food if you’re not literally the only person there. I have never seen more than three employees at this location at one time. Owner/operator obviously doesn’t care otherwise they would hire people or close down the inside or drive through to help out their employees. Horrible experience every time.
