At first I was a little underwhelmed, but after ordering a few times I figured out what is good on the menu.
The stuffed and pan pizza are very good and tasty as leftovers.

Pizza is great but this place needs to upgrade their online ordering system or not offer the option. I Placed an online order the other day and when I went to go pick it up, I was first told no such order existed. Then the employee answered a call and proceeded to take an order (vs placing them on hold and having another employee take the order to address my issue). Once off the phone, my order apparently popped up and was found, but I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare it. From my impression someone needs to consistently monitor a different system (maybe email) for online orders and they don't automatically go in a queue. Ended up going to pick up tacos instead.

Consistently great pizza. Crust and ingredients are the best we’ve tasted in the area so far. Additionally, gluten free pizza is good and our guests say there’s not much of a difference from regular. They also accommodate kids’ orders well e.g. light sauce, etc.

My fiance and I moved out to the suburbs (Naperville) back in February of this year. After spending 12 years in the city, we were dying for a "go to spot" for our pizza place. After trying to not so any good choices, we decided to take a chance on Little Italian Pizza West and we have never been happier!! We've had there thin crust along with the deep dish and its so GOOD! We order from them weekly for our pizza/wine date night at home and it tastes better each and every time. And honestly, every employee interaction we've ever had at this place has been absolutely amazing. Kudos to the team here! Amazes me how this place even get lower than a 5 star rating. To all the 2/3 star haters, find somewhere new! Take the negative complaints elsewhere. We all have to support businesses like this. Mom and pops. We help this out as much as we can each week! :) Keep it up team! Thank you for all the hard work, delivery consistency, customer service positivity and overall experience which leaves us happy as can be! - Neighbors down the street in Ashbury.

I have been going here all my life since I was a little kid, and still we are loyal to this restaurant. Even after we moved over 20 minutes away, we gladly drive that 20 minutes to pick up our favorite pizza. By far the greatest pizza I have had and will ever have.

No shame that I ordered a pizza for myself, ate the whole thing on my commute home, no evidence left when I arrived.

The food is good but the hours displayed aren't accurate. It is annoying that everytime I call ( based on the hours listed) I am asked to call back just to place the order. I understand about Covid-19, if this is the reason, change your hours so that customer's know when you are really operating. I enjoy the food, I'm frustrated with the customer service. It is 3:30pm on Saturday, I just called and was informed to call back at 4:30. I'm annoyed with this. Food is delicious.
