Pho Vy

The food is good, but every time, we are coming to eat in, even the times that is not very busy, we see tables that people left after their meals and the cree is not clearing up the tables. It isn’t very appetizing to see all the dirty dishes sitting on the tables. There is a card with trash and bucket with dirty dishes in the dining room, but nobody is clearing and cleaning. The waiters and the crew is standing around the front counter visiting and joking . Seems like nobody cares for the cleanness and appearance of the restaurant.

Pho Vy has 2 locations. One here in Centennial and another in Parker. I always go to the Parker location but it was moved further south so i just come here. The quality is almost the same but i think they had new owner now and might not be as good as the old one. Employees were fighting when i went lol. Anyway, the portion here is big and grill meat is excellent. I love the chicken wings here.

PHO YOU PHO ME. I've eaten at 99% of the pho restaurants Colorado has to offer. There are only 2 that I can Personally vouch for which is saying a lot. This is my number one. The best way to describe it is that they have not yet learned that they can use cheaper meat.. And I hope they never learn that. The broth is amazing, their noodles are perfect, their meat is delicious, their staff is amazing. I have been dining with them for over 10 years.
