The bread used to be top quality, but not anymore. It is mostly dough and not enough baked. I guess maybe they got busy and don't let the dough raise as much as they used to in order to save on time and start the production. I bought 2 bags and 80% of each loaf was uncooked dough. See the pictures. For now I am staying away trying different bakeries.

This small bakery is wonderful! I just went in for the first time today and bought way too much. I love trying all new things. It is all great, especially the walnut baklava. I will be back.

The staff and customer service at Shahrazad's bakery was unprecedented. As soon as I walked in the staff had greeted me and were very friendly. Offering the freshest bread. Piping hot coming out of the oven. I would highly recommend if you are looking for anything sweet or savory. They offer Arabic and Mediterranean baked goods. I had tried everything they had. Everything was amazingly delicious and fresh. The baklava was one of the many great baked goods that I would highly recommend anyone looking for something sweet. Another thing that was very unique was the black tea that they offer, I had never liked black tea until I've tried it at the bakery. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone in town!

Iraqi baked goods... 'curious' and wonderful... Lovely people happy to share their knowledge & opinions... Good $$$$... And I know I need to know what their black tea variety and prep methods are, I am hooked! (P.S. walnut baklava is amazing - and gloriously decadent - sold by the pound! (Guess how much I got!); next time the pistachio....)

Amazing! I got a pound of baklava and coconut cake DELICIOSO!! They also have pita bread. They have two types of baklava one made with butter and the other with olive oil. I prefer the recipe with butter THANK YOU VERY MUCH 🙂!

always check the bread before buying it . this place used to be really good. I want to be fair .staff are really nice and polite . but this is a bakery and as a costumer I only expect to get good product. their bread quality keep degrading . borders and not fully cooked and middle is over cooked .my last experience was even worse that I had to throw couple of them into trash because it was burnt and its not healthy.
