Cold Stone Creamery

I have been going to this Cold Stone location since they opened and I have never been disappointed in the food or the service! The owner, Janie, does an excellent job at making and decorating cakes, they always look professionally done! I have called her on several occasions when I needed a specialty made custom cake at the last minute and she is very willing to help and is so pleasant. I always have my special occasion cakes made at this location and they are perfect and delicious! All of my family has their favorite type of ice cream cake; Cold Stone has so many varieties or you can create your own custom flavors. I give this location five stars for great customer service and satisfaction!

Teenagers managing, phone asweed hello? Had to ask is this Coldstone? We don't do phone orders, use the app. I did and order was wrong anyway. Ready on time, but the cup and lid for the Founers favorite was left leaning and was messy. Shakes tasty. When I asked where is the chocolate dipped bowl, she slid across the counter " There you go." My hands were already full. No customer service at all. Won't be back with rude teens, improperly trained

Another Cold Stone pretty disappointed that I try to use the coupon buy one get one free and they won't to take it it's already happened to me one time and they called me and gave me my coupon back and I went to go use it again and then once again I could not use it. I put my phone number in when I was supposed to but then they said there was nowhere to press buy on get one free and she gave me half off on one of my ice creams and that was that otherwise I wouldn't have gotten besides that I did just really disappointed this place never honors the coupons and they're rude about it I gave them enough chances over it
