I came here for a quick to-go lunch. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who promptly gave me a menu, a place to sit, and some water. I ordered a rare beef pho and a kid's noodle bowl. I'm not very familiar with Vietnamese food, so the owner was happy to give me recommendations. The price was very reasonable. Especially considering it was a lot of food! My 4 year old son LOVED the noodles and the beef in his dish was delicious. He already asked me if we can go back. In my dish, there was a good portion of noodles, thinly sliced onions, herbs, and scallions. There was a bag of thinly sliced rare beef that smelled VERY fresh. There was also a bag of basil, bean sprouts, sliced chilies, lime wedges, add 2 cups containing dipping sauces. I poured the broth in, which was very flavorful, but light and not too salty. All together, this was a fantastic meal. Light, but fantastic flavour, comforting, and affordable. They have definitely earned a new customer.
