I tried a new cuisine today. The flavors were amazing and different even though I'd been to that part of the world. I ordered based on the reviews I'd read. The lemony flavored noodle dish was very good, as was the tea leaf salad. The owners were super nice, especially the man who brought out my meal. I docked a star for two reasons.. The chairs are metal and not comfortable. (I opted to not sit at the couch, namely because their young child was playing there.) And, I would have loved to get a half order of the salad, one: to save a little on cost, and two: I had no idea if I'd like it or not. It was too much food and more than I usually try to spend at lunch. I'm uncertain if I'll return to eat here, but it's worth mentioning that the setting is rather like a community center with shops and other food stands and services. Score on the new find.. The market was very cool!

I've heard amazing things about this place and it's all true! The food is delicious! We got a few different things and we're impressed by them all, but my personal favorite was the tea leaf salad. Highly recommend giving this little Burmese restaurant your business.

Hidden in a little cultural shopping center. Urban Burma is a gem. The food was delicious and very authentic. We had the tea leaf salad and pork curry. Definitely recommend the curry with extra spiciness. Everything came hot and ready with amazing flavors.

This is the most authentic and delicious Burmese restaurant I've tried and the craziest thing is, it's better than the ones I've tried in San Francisco. What a treat to have this in Denver's backyard, we're so lucky. We tried the Tea Leaf Salad, Shan Noodles, and SII Cheh Kao Sweh Noodles. The first noodle dish is in a broth. The second dish is a dry noodle which comes with a side of small broth. Everything was so good, the SII Cheh Kao Sweh was mind blowing. We got a spice level of 3 out of 5 and that's perfect for us, a nice spicy kick, but I think you would probably want to stick around a 1 or 2 if you can't handle too much spice. I will absolutely be back. Don't skip this place, you'll regret it.

This place has 5 stars with over 200 reviews so I wanted to try it. Burmese food…didn’t know what to expect. The man who took our order was very helpful and recommended the below dishes. All were great! The dipping sauce with the samosa added a great flavor to the other dishes as well. We also got green curry with chicken and Thai-style iced milk tea with lunch. At around $50 for everything, it was a good value. I’d come back here.

The reviews do not lie, the food here is fantastic. $14 after tax for a sampler plate. The tea salad was amazing, and I’m not even a big salad guy. It was crunchy, spicy, and savory, with a uniquely delicious blend of flavors.

Satisfying texture and flavors. Samosas were outstanding with tightly wrapped, perfectly crisp exterior and a spiced pillowy filling. Had a dipping sauce for an astringent counterbalance. Beef Curry had a savory depth. Ono Kao Sweh was soft and soothing and a lovely presentation with a hard boiled egg. Food came out fast and piping hot. Note: We have a nut allergy and spoke to chef and he was able to omit peanuts from sauces and garnish on everything but tealeaf salad. They cook with canola oil, not peanut oil. They have a small sink where one can wash hands. There are more than a dozen tables to sit at socially-distanced inside the food hall. What a gem.
