Our server was awesome. He was very attentive and took care of us. The bar side was really busy. The dining room side was slower. The food was good. I had a calzone and it was very filling. It was crispy on the outside and very flavorful on the inside. My husband had a burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was good. The fries were okay. Looks like they have a good happy hour time. I'd come back. There is a burger I want to try.

Not a good visit. Food was ten minutes late, but was cold on arrival. Bread was missing for entrees. Chicken is this weird shredded mess. We all ate less than half of our meals.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied… I showed up and said I had a pickup for myself. The app told me it was already ready. The host said okay. 15 minutes pass and she hands me my food and doesn't apologize or anything for taking so long. She could of at least informed me that i was going to have to wait a bit . The wings were undercooked and I ordered 2 ranch but only received one. They also did not provide napkins. I will not be returning

Ordered pick-up, I arrived 4 minutes late and it was ready! However, that's all that was ok!!! Ordered 2 pizza's Cauliflower crust which was overdone, tasted like cardboard, neither pizza was what was ordered missing multiple items on both and swapped mushrooms and ground beef (totally dried out and burnt). Ordered extra cheese got half the normal amount of cheese definitely no EXTRA! I would recommend frozen from the grocery store before ever going to this location. 1st pic. was "Meat me" ad cheese onion and ground beef, no extra cheese, onion or ground beef but got mushrooms. 2nd was a "Classic" add onion, extra cheese and mushrooms, the only meat on this is the dried-out ground beef, obviously no extra cheese, mushrooms on other pizza and did have onions. This is beyond ridiculous, don't waste your time at places like this that just want to get you in-n-out and don't care if your order is right.

We had good and bad experience here. Good for late night food otherwise you’ll be waiting for awhile for a table. Servers are a hit or a miss, depending on the day haha.

We went here for a quick lunch bite. The staff are all very attentive and had a cheerful demeanor. The restaurant had a good vibe about it. We ordered fried pickles and an original deep dish pizza. The pickles were awesome but the pizza was overcooked. The reason we gave 4 stars is that even though the pizza was burnt the manager gave us a credit which shows care for the guest.

Firstly I'm not in the habit of complaining but I sincerely feel this need to be brought to someone's attention.
I had the misfortune to be ripped off once again by the Illiff Location on 09/03/2021.
We simply requested a take out order of two Italian Nachos which we requested to be cooked well done and a side of waffle fries.
We phoned our order through at 18:20 and was advised it would be ready within 20/25 Minutes
So we headed to our car to take the 20 Minute Journey to our closest Old Chicago Located in Illiff.
After waiting for what seemed forever and staff checking on where my order was we finally received our order at 19:15.
I suspect my order was forgotten once again as this has happened many time's before in my experience, but have mostly put it down to a big influx of patrons eating in and staff being overwhelmed.
Arriving home my wife and I planned to obviously eat after a hard day's work which is why we opted not to cook and to treat ourselves as we were both exhausted.
The Nachos were indeed well done as requested..But only on the top.
They looked like they were a rush job and were only browned on the top as if for only presentation purposes.
As I inspected closer the Nachos underneath were undercooked,doughy and raw.
As for the waffle fries they were anemic in color and I could tell they were also only part cooked.
They were crunchy not crispy due to the rawness of the potato.I also only received 4 whole waffles which embarrassingly equates to $1 a waffle.(An absolute joke)
The whole meal was only fit for the trash which is ultimately where it ended up at our expense.
To sum up our personal experience at the Illiff Location:
We used 20 minutes of gas to Give this the closest Location our money.
We waited almost a hour to receive our order when we was told it would be 25 Minutes(This is the reason I believe my order was overlooked)
We traveled the 20 Minutes back to our house using more gas.
And paid $30 for the privilege to put the whole order in the trash can.
Not even one of our three dog's wanted to sample any of the food we had paid for.
Because of the above errors our Dinning experience at Old Chicago has now cost $60+ as we had no other option to further buy fast food plus gas once again.
This is not the first time this has happened but decided to give this Location multiple chances due to it's close Location to us and the fact that the pandemic has made staff's jobs in retail and customer service that more difficult.
Sadly it is now clear that Covid-19 is not the cause of blame but the Illiff Location itself.
We will be seeking a full refund and if that is not possible will be escalating our complaint I regret to say.
