American Deli

The owner is a HARD WORKER! Some have given "him" less than favorable reviews, but I like him! He's a one man show, doing it all, and is very prompt! The food is always fresh, priced very well, cooked to order, I can see him prepare it, and best of all, delicious. I go weekly for my boneless "honey garlic wings."

I remembered when this location first opened and they had around 3 employees running the business with great tasting, quality food. Every since the Short, Asian guy wearing the NY hats took over he changed everything that was in place including removing the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, talking about it doesn't sell. He needs to be removed from American Deli Franchise... I went this weekend after years of not visiting and the food was extremely disgusting and served above temperature standards. When I received my food, the styrofoam was starting to melt from temperature of the wings and fries. I'll never be returning to this establishment and also calling the corporate office to report this unprofessional, unethical wannabe business owner. Enough is Enough, read the reviews people. Don't support someone who lacks Customer Service

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food used to be great, but ever since the new owner took over a few years ago it is horrible now. Secondly, his attitude is awful he doesn’t have any customer service skills and is extremely rude for no reason. It is no ones fault that he is overwhelmed because he is the only one working, taking the orders, and cooking!!! I won’t be back there!

Nastiest food I and my aunt have tasted in a long long time. Fried rice was tasteless and greasy. Chicken, if you can call it that, was stringy. Service left much to be desired. I could have ignored that - hey, everybody has a bad day every now and then - but, paired with food quality, I will DEFINITELY NOT go there again. Couldn't find the option for negative stars.

Food was yummy, but the service was awful! Our table was gross and sticky so I asked for something to wipe it down. He told me to pick another table.... I walked around to every table and they were all gross. Not even a bathroom to wash your hands. Good portions for the price. Not a ton of drink options, but the fries were good in the combo.

This was my first and my last time going to American Deli. The guy behind the counter was very, very, very rude. I asked him what was good and he said everything. I then asked if he was the owner and he said no. I ordered wings and fries. When I got my food, the wings were gross. They were over sauced and nasty and the fries were hard. When I asked him if I could get something else, he very sarcastically said you can't trade food in because that's what you ordered. His tone and demeanor was not friendly at all. I do not recommend this restaurant for wings or anything else to anyone.
