Taco Bell

Service was wonderful. Female taking order was very pleasant and awesome to talk to. Received my food quickly with everything tasting great! Only thing I would complain about is how cars enter and exit the parking lot on 7th Street/us 54. It isn't wide enough sometimes for a car to be going in the same time as a car comes out. Pleased that the overall experience there has improved tremendously over the past few months. Keep up the great work!

I’m honestly really upset first I got a lot of attitude for asking for the correct sauce, which he replied well I put a lot of mild I said I understand but I wanted hot so can you please give me some hot sauce. Then he like threw it in my bag and before I could even say thank you he rolled his eyes and closed the window. I brushed it off but this flat burrito I got is ridiculous. I have never had this problem at this location but I won’t be going back. There is literally no egg and it’s cold I don’t work that far usually my food is still hot by time I get to sit down and eat it. You lost a pretty loyal customer please get this employee some more training.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered Taco Bell on the door dash app & they called me to tell me that they didn’t have enough Cinnabon delights to fill the order which was totally fine & they gave me a bean burrito to cover the difference. Once my order got to my house I realized that they’re missing part of my order, so I call them & they tell me they ran out of chicken earlier in the night but were now closed, when it’s still 9 minutes before closing. & proceed to not even have a reason as to why he didn’t mention it when he called earlier especially since he was the GM. This place has always sucked but I was hoping it would be different since they got all new staff.

Probably the worst drive thru/ in store service I have ever received. We ordered through the drive through, got our food, and pulled off to check it so we didn't slow down the line. Upon checking the bag, we noticed we were missing 1 soft taco. I walked back in, told the cashier the situation and asked for the taco, as politely as possible. She walked to the back and some 'gentleman' starts screaming about how I'm lying and that he made that taco himself. I told him I brought the bag for him to check if he'd like, and he just started tossing the items on the counter angrily. Of course the taco wasn't in there, so he screamed at the cashier to call the manager and tell him he was done, and remade my taco. He put my taco in the bag along with all the food he had just previously thrown on the counter. I really appreciate that I got the taco I asked for, I just think the situation could've been handled without throwing my items around and raised voices. The dollars worth of taco was not worth the stress at all.

Gave two stars a year ago. Today would give zero stars if that were an option. First off, check the 5-star reviews; at least 90% of them are from people who have never visited this Taco Bell (several from people who live in Pakistan!). Second they claim they have had such bad personnel problems lately that not only have they reduced hours to maybe a few hours per day when they are open, they are literally closed 75% of the time they are supposed to be open. Here's a clue: it's not the employees, it's management. This doesn't happen at restaurants with good management. And, lastly, your odds of getting even decent food here, and of getting exactly what you ordered, are 0%. Don't even bother giving them a chance. No way this restaurant makes it out of 2022 alive.

My family and I went into the Taco Bell I’m Augusta. My daughter has a service dog for medical purposes. When the dog barked to alert us the manager who was a black man kicked us out for not showing proof of service registration. The state of Kansas does not require proof or for someone to ask for what medical condition it is for. I will be reporting this action to the ADA.
