China King Restaurant

We got a very large order, both with and without vegetarian options, and all of the food tasted FANTASTIC! Not a single mistake, and they even made sure to honor a substitution request we made when ordering online. Food was also ready right on time (didnt get any sort of notification, so just be there when it says it will be ready in confirmation email!). the staff/ entire restaurant was also perfectly in line with Covid guidelines! Our new favorite Chinese restaurant. Restaurant on the inside isn't very pretty but the foods taste is probably the best in Augusta so dont let that deter you from going. It is also super easy to order online not having to call is a big plus and you don't even have to make an account! Also has some of the best prices in town! 10/10 will be going back our new go to in town when we want Chinese

Go the Hot and Spicy Beef... Perfection. Most the time when I see a spicy indication on the menu it comes out barely spicy at all, but this was a good blend of flavor and heat. The Egg Rolls were about half the size as normal and at first I didn't like it, but realize that is actually the perfect size for a lunch special. Would have liked some veggies in the fried rice, but all and all very good for the price!

This was my first time eating here. Due to COVID, they are not doing any dine in services but are doing takeout. I am unsure about delivery. They have a full barrier built in at the counter. The restaurant was a bit out dated and the tables and chairs were all put the side as in storage in a warehouse. The food was prepared quickly, about 10 minutes. We ordered an egg roll, Mongolian Beef, and Szechuan Beef. The Mongolian Beef was mediocre. Not too flavorful. The other two items were pretty decent.

Online delivery is fine, delivery is fast but the gravy is ALWAYS sour tasting and smell and has white stuff floating on top.... whether you're getting it for egg foo young or almond chicken. It's terrible!!! Why is it always sour?! then was told it was made fresh that day. I highly doubt that. I've had almond chicken from other restaurants and their gravy is just fine.
