Absolutely the worst place ever. The restaurant was dirty and the employees were ignorant and mumbled so we couldn’t even hear what they were saying. Food was horrible. I can’t even imagine where the mashed potatoes came from. They were cold, tasteless and had no gravy. The “biscuit “ was the size of a quarter and hard as a rock. A nasty, horrible excuse for a KFC. I would never eat here again. Floor was greasy and tables were dirty and the beverage station was gross and empty

The chicken is okay, aside from the fact that I ordered extra crispy, and got regular.
The mashed potatoes and gravy were edible too. Gravy is a little bit on the thin side.
Big problem is is the lobbyist not open. It's very disrespectful to force your customers to go through the drive-thru.

I’d leave a negative rating if I could. Chicken was not done. I didn’t ask for medium rare chicken 🙄

Went to this location and ordered the 5 dollar fill up box with the mash potatoes bowl with extra chicken, cheese, and gravy paid for it. Got to the window paid for the food cashier pulled me up afterward without giving me my drinks. And then when I get my food and start driving home realize they didn't put none of the extra ingredients that I paid for in my order. And then ingredients in my bowl were old.

Ordered a 15 and 16. Missing cookie on 16 and the pot pie crust was overcooked, and 15 was a thigh and not a breast. Biscuit was hard as a brick.

Walton way store has been going down hill for months . I wish I had took pics of yesterday's meal. The biscuit was actually half raw , the chicken breast had tons of gross uncooked batter caked all in it . It seems the last few times we have been there we have had the same problem . Time to switch over to Popeye's Chicken 😒

The KFC on Log Cabin Dr in Macon, Ga is the bomb. I love, love the chicken pot pie. They take their time to make sure the crust is well done. Hmm hmm its soooo good.
