Really did not appreciate spending $4 on a slice of cookie cake for the lady to stuff it in a bag and have it look like this. Ridiculously overpriced and just plain rude.

This was one of the worst experience. My cookies were in a lunch bag with grease spots on the bag like the cookies had just came out of the oven. Which they hadn’t they were old and hard.

My husband got my Birthday cookie cake from there and the staff did an EXCELLENT job decorating it with a dog that looks exactly like my dog from the picture he sent them. He said the staff was very nice every time he spoke to them as well! Thank you for making my birthday great!

Only gave it two stars because the cake did turn out decent.. the customer service on the other hand was awful. First time ordering a cake from them and the older lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Won’t be ordering again.

I arrived 15 min before closing when someone was still actively checking out and was turned away because they were “closed”. The woman working came off very rude as if I was a nuisance.

I purchased a coupon book from a young man selling coupons books for the greenbriar baseball team. you now have to download load an app and show on your phone , well the cashier said we don't take this coupon which left a bad taste in my mouth because if you all are agreeing to have coupons than they should be accepted . the store in front of Macy's

I can not say enough great things about this place and Johnny! He went above and beyond my expectations with my daughter's cake to make sure it was extra special for her birthday!!!! I can't say thank you enough Johnny for all of your hard work and making Addisons birthday cake perfect!
