Krispy Kreme

This is our go to place! I absolutely love the Donuts and the superb customer service. I have a KK a lot closer to my home, but we don't mind driving further out to get the quality service we have grown to love from KK. I visited @12pm on 3/13/22 The young lady who assisted us via the drive-thru was professional and courteous. She explained the coupon stipulations and did so in a helpful manner. I had enough points to leave with the intended free box🍀🪙💚🌈 and that made all our children super happy! Not all locations are as nice as this one (check out my other reviews and you'll find the one I'm referring to) This one rocks!

Had a craving today and the hubby obliged! Got 3 different flavors and they were very good. Only gave 4 stars because there were a couple of flavors that were not there when I came in that I was looking forward to. I settled for two replacements and I'm very pleased with the choices I made. I haven't been here in years but I'm so glad the "other" donut shop did not have my first choice lol.

Highly upset. On a Friday night, suppose to close at 11 pm, we came at 830 pm and went to walk in, door locked. Four employees standing outside building smoking ... When asked why locked doors I was told they were out of donuts!! I was totally shocked. I asked for the manager, and a very young boy responded he was the manager. When questioned about not having donuts, he just shrugged his shoulders.

It's Krispy kreme doughnuts but wow the morning Saturday crew are not nice at all. Maybe they woke up too early or something but the woman we had was just rude rude rude. The night crew seems to have more fun at their job than this woman. Love krispy kreme but they need to have a talk with that woman (she didn't have her name tag so I didn't even know who served us)

So Today I Went To Krispy Kreme To Get My Son Basketball Team A Dozen Of Doughnut & I Asked For 1 Extra Doughnut . I Get To The Window & They Didn’t Give Me What I Asked For . So YOLANDA Who swipe my card once said that she would have to swipe my card again & I Told Her No Because They Are Who Made A Mistake. Instead Of Her Saying Ok and gave me what I asked for she argued with me . The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AT THE PEACH ORCHARD RD LOCATION. Both Manager and Supervisor Was Rude . Never Again Will I Visit Krispy Kreme on Peach Orchard Rd In Augusta Ga. Even When I Called To Get Corporate number they hung up in my face. They DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR !
