The order ahead function on the app was flawless, but if you don't select curbside pickup getting your food is a challenge. You'll either have to use the drive thru or call them and get the employees to unlock the door. The dining room is NOT open yet and the employees are understaffed. With that in mind, they did an outstanding job with my mobile order. Everything was right and fresh when I got it. Well done! The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but the restaurant is nice and clean and the food was good day i would definitely recommend this Zaxby's location and go back again.

Placed my order for 'dine in'. When I received it, it was in a to-go bag.
There was only 2 napkins.
There was only 2 packs of ketchup.
There was NO fork.
In the lobby, the ice machine for self serve drinks was Out of Order, but no signage.
Three tables were covered with old Zaxby signs.
There is NO napkin dispenser in the lobby.
The tables are NOT cleaned after customer usage.
The food was good, and what I ordered...but all the other negatives have me give the one star rating

I have never felt more welcomed into a restaurant in my life. They were so kind from the minute we walked in the door! Everyone made comments like welcome in, we’re glad you are here, and welcome home. Even people in the kitchen! They also offered to serve us as we were seated. Would love to come again soon, but we are just visiting Augusta.

Ordered a house salad with ranch, made the mistake of not checking the bag cause I was in a rush.. received a packet of honey mustard and Italian dressing.. both were sticky and one had a hair on it. At least give me 2 packs of the same dressing if you’re gonna mess it up. Chicken was also tough. They’re constantly forgetting my sauce with my meal even though I paid the extra money for it. It’s not like I’m ordering multiple things. Disappointing considering I come here a lot for my lunch break

Orders are typically wrong. Chicken wings are over cooked and dried out. Workers are rude. Place is constantly unclean. Floors, tables, drink counters seen to never be cleaned. Panhandlers are so bad, we can't even get in and back out to our vehicle without being approached by several times with ppl asking for money. We don't go here anymore.

Very dissatisfied!! I waited in line over 25 minutes, cars wrapped around the building. Ordered a #2, got home no cole slaw on the plate. My last time visiting both stores, Washington Rd location, club sandwich, both buns burnt black, couldn't eat it.

When asking the clerk not to put seasoning on your fries and they put already seasoned fries back in the grease still with the seasoning cooked in.. Too many young kids rushing to fix orders and playing in the background,
