Shannon's Augusta

I have been going to Shannon’s since 1991! I have enjoyed some great times there! The prices are good & the service has always great! I have been going on Monday nights with my wife & daughter to do Karaoke! The DJ, Michael Johnson let’s me bring my bass & play it when my daughter sings! The Butler Class of 69 has been having a monthly social on the first Monday night of each month & we have been going there for years!

Hi , I came today back from EUROPE and found out Aaron and Alexia got fired. Unbelievable, the have been your BEST Bartender. I came back this evening, sitting there for 15 minutes to get a drink with my friend. I finally waved down the Bartender, she told me when I get to you I’ll be there. I have worked all my Life in the Restaurant Business, open and closed and trained all my Employees, but I never expected the attitude I got here, in my Restaurant they will not have a job. You will loose Business…… think about it. I like Shannon’s, but I’ll not be back …….

If Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar,” was based on another location, Shannon’s Augusta would fit the bill. Seemed a bit divey at first (in a trivial way) but this is a legit place with an amazing atmosphere! The crowd seemed a bit older but the music was amazing and the patrons were welcoming to our group of mid-20yr olds. This review is based on a Sunday night.

If you live in the area or visiting do yourself a favor and spend an evening at Shannon's. Good food, staff, entertainment, happy people. Damn some of the happiest people I've ever been in a party pit with. Dont forget to meet Aaron world's one and only fab, fabu, fabulous adult beverage sever extrodinair. Shannon's the ultimate party spot. Go on, I dare you, give it an old high school go.
