At least 25 customers and only one waitress (Roxan) and one cook (Larry). They were incredibly busy and did an amazing job. Fast, friendly and attentive. This waffle house needs to pay Roxan and Larry more. They easily did the jobs of 4 people and killed.
I'm from out of state but spend a lot of time in Augusta for work. I'll definitely come to this specific Waffle House because of Roxan and Larry. I hope management and corporate see this and recognize them accordingly (significant hourly increase or bonus).

No greeting. EXTREMELY ghetto, RUDE, DIRTY AND SLOW people work here. Ordered over the phone and waited 30 minutes before coming inside. It’s not busy and there’s 7 employees on the grill so why wasn’t the food done?? And Michele (lady in pic) purposely stayed on the phone at the order station for 15 minutes talking to her kids before even asking my order. AVOID

Best waffle house to hit up after a late night movie. We went for a lunch date, and the quality of the food was good and the service decent. Our waitress was also very nice. However, the floor was dirty and they lost some points for that. Otherwise, the quality is what you expect from this place.

We absolutely love Waffle House. Waffle House is our tradition every Saturday morning my husband and my two kids we go and order the same thing every single time. The waitresses there are very friendly and I love watching them do their thing in the back. I can't imagine the stress but the waffle house that I go to they handle it very well and always are pleasing and very customer service oriented. Waffle House was the first date my husband and I went on. Because I chose it I had never been this was 11 years ago. It has such a homely back in the day if you will feeling to it!
