Great for a fast food place, I loved that the fries are seasoned and the chicken was delicious as well.
Overall delicious, but I would say raising cane's is better.
Comparatively the sauce and toast at canes is significantly better. The chicken is about equal and Zaxby's definitely has better fries.

Food here is trash! If you want good Zaxbys go to Wheeler Rd. Their food never looks like this! Ill never go back to this one! Mind you those are supposed to be bbq boneless wings (lol) 👎🏽

It's going to be a no for me. The only thing I liked about the service is when the cashier told me to pull up, I almost drove off before receiving my card and he stopped me. Other than that, I had to wait a good minute for two (2) kiddie cheese, two (2) drinks, one with no ice (but it had ice) and an order of fried white cheese bites. They took the fried part to seriously, it was well over crisp, couldn't eat them. I got ranch instead of marinara sauce, no straws, and the woman that brought me my food, I think she was standing outside smoking a cigarette 2 minutes before she delivered my food but I'm not to sure about that. I would've turned around but I was already in route to my 3hr destination.

This location is hit or miss. Drive-thru can be slow. When the drive-thru operator was reading my order back to me, it was wrong and I corrected her. She then told me, "I've already put it through and we can't change it." Wait....what? Advice: Check your order before you leave!

I tried to order online at 1040 it was to late to order so I called the store they wouldn't take my Togo order either so I got there at 1042 sat in line for 10 min while the line didn't move then a guy walks out to inform us they only have boneless wings and fries. If you are open til 11 you should take orders and fill them til 11 what is the point of staying open if people can't order anything

Disclaimer: I got a meal here so I could compare to Cane's.
I got the 4 fingerz meal with fries, toast, another toast in lieu of coleslaw, extra zax sauce, and a lemonade to wash it all down.
The chicken is well seasoned and has some spices in comparison to Cane's, which may only have salt. The breading is more homogeneous as well, and it leaves a less greasy feeling on the fingers. The fries also have some spices that give a good flavor. The toast is regular white bread, and it was toasted only on one side while the other side was untouched. On one hand, it worked since the bread slice was thin and left one side soft. However, on the other side, it was a bit odd to see it. The zax sauce is not as good as the signature Cane's sauce.
Overall a good contender to the chicken finger throne, but Cane's is still ahead by a long mile. But honestly, I'd eat here again if I'm in the area.

We tried a new place (their competition) but all it did was affirm the fact that Zaxby's is SO much better! I get a Zalad most of the time because they're my favorite salads in Augusta & they are always my go-to place for a platter to take to a party or covered-dish. I love spicy foods & can really take the heat & they have flavors that are the hottest thing I've ever eaten! OMG they're hottest sauces make me cry!!! If you like 🔥 then you'll love Zaxby's!

I had heard about this place but this was my first time eating here. I was not disappointed. I got wings and chicken fingers and fries. Everything was hot and fresh and the spicy zax sauce is delicious. I ended going back a few days later and tried their chicken sandwich.
So happy I tried it!
