Went through the drive thru. Order was and friendly. Food was correct, but sometimes I forget to ask for Arby's sauce. I think they should put some in the bag anytime you order a roast beef sandwich.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I sat in that line for about 20 minutes on 06/3/22. I get it. They are trainees. BUT MAN !! they are TOO slow !! The shake machine is always down, they lock their doors so nobody can get in. This is the most DISRESPECTFUL place I have EVER been to. I would give them 0 stars, but that's even too good for them. I would not in 100 years, recommend this location to ANYBODY. 😡😡

I decided to be a healthy individual and walk to Arby's to get a delicious meal and lo and behold the doors were locked walk through the drive-thru and no one answered me one star however someone drove up and they were given service

So I go through the drive through, order 1 meal, a kids meal and a 2 for 6. They over charged me I guess because they didn't know how to ring up the meals, and instead of fixing it they just ran with it. I didn't even realize it until I read the receipt that they put all they basically charged me twice for the items that come with the meal. Why?

Good food but sometimes wait is too long and don't honor happy hour. I literally got there at 4:58 one day and would not honor special menu that runs til 5pm.

Decent food, but oh so slow. I know it's hard to hire people right now, but I think my 95 year old grandma could move faster. They seem to be messing orders up a lot. Was 2nd in line, and am still waiting 10 minutes later.
