Red Lobster

My family and I waited 30 minutes for a table. This was fine. We ordered our food and sat for an additional 2hours. When we received our order the broccoli didn’t have cheese( we ordered cheese) the broccoli was dry and hard. I ordered mashed potatoes and they were dry. I ordered a sirloin steak but was given a NY Strip. The waiter was informed that this wasn’t what I ordered. He reordered it, but when I received it 15 minutes later it was not what I ordered. At this point all we wanted was 3 to go trays. The waiter kept walking past taking other tables their food. I received my to go boxes about 10 minutes later. The waiter never brought us the cheese for our broccoli We were not offered steak sauce. . The ordered totaled 75.00 and I was not good at all!!! I will not be dining at a red lobster in the future. This was a horrible experience.

Delicious food, good service. The lady who was working our table was a bit stressed, so she didn't remember that I wanted no ice in my drink. That's an easy slip, especially with how busy they were, and how stressed she was. I will definitely return. This Red Lobster is better than most I've attended. As a customer, I was pleased. As a chef; pleasantly surprised. 😊

My husband and I visited this restaurant today, and we sat at the bar. Our server Brock was awesome, attentive, and made sure our drinks were full. We typically eat seafood when we go to these types of restaurants, but the server said the waygu burger was awesome. My husband ordered it, and he was amazed how tasty this burger was. The price was on point as well, and it came with french fries. The calamari was cooked correctly, flavorful, and my caesar salad with salmon was perfect. We will definitely make this restaurant part of our new rotation.

I am a great cook but every once in a while I like to eat out. All I have to say is..... It was so nostalgic eating here for Mother's Day. The biscuits were so buttery and hot. All of my appetizers were fantastic. The mango sweet tea is sinfully delicious. My waitress was so sweet and she didn't miss a beat. The manager was making sure everyone was doing there most important job.... Serving wholeheartedly. I really had a good time and a great meal.

Went here for lunch and it was great! It was not crowded so we got a table right away. The biscuits were good as always. My friend doesn't eat cheese so he didn't want any biscuits but our server offered to have him some made without cheese! I didn't even know they could do that! We were so pleased. I had the Sailor's Platter and it was good and fresh. Last but not least, our server Nikki was excellent! She was friendly and attentive! Please ask for her when you go!👍

I waited outside 30 minutes for Red Lobster to open and was the first customer to enter. A large group came in a few minutes after my arrival. The manager came out and took the group to be seated as I stood in amazed. I brought it to his attention and his exact words were, "I'm sorry mam, I was trying to help everyone." Imagine not be counted in the everyone. I was standing upfront and very noticeable. They did not have reservations because I was conversing with them as we waited just in case someone tried to defend this behavior.
