No it's one thing to go to a place and get really really good food but it's another thing to have outstanding service every single time that you go there. As a small business owner myself I understand what it takes and going above and beyond to please your clients and be in their hands on as the owner. These guys have hard work ethics, dedication and straight out just super friendly and likable.

We ate ate The Hound in mid-November 2020. This was not our first time here, but we had never tried these particular dishes before and the chef did not disappoint. We enjoyed: The bacon sampler app and entrees of chicken-fried wagyu beef, chicken hand pie, and shrimp and grits. Everything tasted fantastic and the staff, especially our server Jordan, were really in step with excellent service. We highly recommend The Hound!

Nice atmosphere friendly wait staff. Overall a very alright experience. Sauce with pork rinds was so salty it was not edible. Wait staff did not know how to address or correct our criticism. Shrimp and grits would pass, but I would not order them again nor would I recommend them to a true connoisseur. My wife liked the chicken fried steak. Crunchy on the outside, tender in the middle . She would order and recommend it to others.
