Jasmine

It's been over two years since I've ordered from Jasmines and it was one of my favorite restaurants so this is where I'm coming from. As with just about all restaurants now the quality has decreased and Jasmines is no exception. I ordered a dish that was suppose to include several types meat and there was basically zero meat in the dish. No flavor also. In addition the sauce given was severely watered down. It was actually gross. Same with a vegetable dish we ordered. No flavor and sauce again basically a flavored water sauce. So disappointed. I will never order here again. I can do better at home.

As a previous review, Jasmine’s used to be a favorite restaurant of ours for Asian food. Understanding that things are stressful in the hospitality business these days, it is still disappointing that both the service and taste here has fallen so much. Though the server was very pleasant, we waited a long time to place our order. Then though we specifically stated that we wanted the sushi and apps first, it all came together squeezed onto our table. And it really was not very good - lacking meat and vegetables in the dishes. Not the enjoyable night out that we had hoped for. Lastly, they just delivered the check… no fortune cookies. 🙁

From the moment I entered, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. The hibachi rooms are lively and loud, as they should be. The sushi bar and dining area were quieter but still lots going on. The two sushi chefs were kind, efficient and pretty generous in their craft. I got a sashimi dinner, and could not finish the meal! The fish quality and presentation, excellent. I’ll be back for sure, but I’ll order a smaller plate!

I've been to Jasmine's plenty of times to always recommend it for either the hibachi or buffet, this last time I went was the first in a long while and I was very disappointed. While the staff was excellent and the atmosphere was just as good as I can remember; the food was very bland and hardly had any taste. I went out for a late lunch with my family and we all felt the same. We ordered their Pad Thai, Chicken Chow Mein, Beef Lo Mein, Pork Fried Rice and a few other dishes. Everything seemed great in presentation, yet the first bite left the rest to be a flop. Overall nothing added up this time and I'm hoping to whomever visits again will enjoy it better than we all did.
