Was in store, only person inside. Got stared at by all 4 workers. Was standing there being patient at first as they're making the drive thru orders. No verbal communication what so ever. There was no"well be right with you" or"just a sec" I got started at. So I said, "okay, have a great day ladies" turned and left a they clearly stared again as I left. I just don't understand how your customer service can be that low to not verbally communicate to someone. Especially knowing I was there, just so dumbfounded. Not the first time having a bad experience as the handful of times ordering here there is always something wrong with it.

Lately it's been awful, frozen coffee been dark and bitter. Just on the past couple weeks don't know what there doing different but it's gross noone seems to be listening to how we like our coffee

Went there and had already ordered on the mobile app, they told me they didn’t have anymore of the stuff that they needed for my drink and then refused to give me a refund when I asked sense I didn’t want any other drink and told me to just contact customer service

The cashier asked me to repeat myself 5 times during my one simple order. This place has no order. It was a mad house. They gave me someone else's coffee, and I had to wait extra long for my actual coffee. I ended up getting my coffee and someone else made my coffee as well. Both were done 5 seconds from each other. They need better communication.
