Dunkin'

Was in store, only person inside. Got stared at by all 4 workers. Was standing there being patient at first as they're making the drive thru orders. No verbal communication what so ever. There was no"well be right with you" or"just a sec" I got started at. So I said, "okay, have a great day ladies" turned and left a they clearly stared again as I left. I just don't understand how your customer service can be that low to not verbally communicate to someone. Especially knowing I was there, just so dumbfounded. Not the first time having a bad experience as the handful of times ordering here there is always something wrong with it.

The cashier asked me to repeat myself 5 times during my one simple order. This place has no order. It was a mad house. They gave me someone else's coffee, and I had to wait extra long for my actual coffee. I ended up getting my coffee and someone else made my coffee as well. Both were done 5 seconds from each other. They need better communication.
