This D'Angelo's location is hands down my favorite! They have an awesome staff and the manager is great.. he is always helping the staff to keep things running smoothly. This location is very clean and well maintained. If you're looking to try something new, I can't recommend the "Thanksgiving sandwich" enough... They are huge, delicious and served with a cup of hot gravy that puts this sandwich over the top! That and their steak and cheese sandwiches are to die for! If you like spicy I suggest trying a little hot pepper relish on your steak and cheese. Mmm. This picture does not do the Thanksgiving sandwich justice! 🤤👍

First, let me say the food was good. However, the rest of the experience was a bit uncomfortable. We were passing through town and hadn't eaten here or any of the chain before. We entered and the gentleman said he needed to clean the grill first. No biggie. The gal took our ordered and we paid. We got our drink and chips and sat down unsure of the procedure. We were the only ones in there, so we figured we could see when the sandwich was done. From our table we could her the guy complaining loudly about a co worker and various other things. Then both employees disappeared after about 5 minutes. We waited about another 5 or more and inquired about our food, just in case we didn't see it since no one was in the kitchen area.. The gal realized we were waiting quite awhile and apologized. The guy stormed back to fix the sandwich, complaining the whole while. He demanded I look at how the bacon was cooked since I wanted it crispy. I only asked for no mayo. We were comped for our meal (we didnt ask). While we ate the guy complained more continuously about customers ordering items on the side. Said he would quit and see how things would then fall apart, etc. We are not local and likely wont be in the area anyway. But despite good food, the experience was as I said uncomfortable.

I ordered a large double peppercorn steak and cheese and my wife got the Thanksgiving sandwich. My sandwich was utterly disappointing. The bread was very large but it was less than half filled with meat. Apparently they charge you an additional $2 on top of the ridiculous $14 for the extra meat. This used to be my go-to gourmet sandwich shop, apparently things have changed. We spent $36 on a bland meal served by employees that looked like they would rather do anything else but work there. Don't waste your money, support a local sandwich shop instead of this greedy chain.

Employees seem to always complain about customers. Yes you may be short staffed but everyone is. If your going to complain about pace of when people come in or how many people you have then do it when customers aren’t around don’t complain like a school girl in front of them. Didn’t even end up getting lunch when I walked in just ended up walking right out literally wasn’t even busy one customer in there and employee was complaining lol. Thanks again Dangelos you guys rocked the customer service side of things!

The food was good. The tables were gross. The floor was gross. We were the only ones there. The 2 employees were out side playing with their phones.

Always my go to when I'm craving a steak and cheese. Staff is very personable and friendly, they make quality food and there is usually not a long wait to get your food. Being close to home helps too! Update: staff used to be very personable and on the spot with service. These days it's not very friendly attitudes, letting the food stay on the grill too long so it starts to burn and closing the grill down 20+ minutes early. You're business is made from the grill! Why would you shut it down early?! This the reason for the downgrade from 5 to 4 stars.
