The flavor of the food is simply incredible. My wife and I shared a medium shrimp curry and a spicy goat curry, along with a spicy chicken Tikka Saag and Naan. The heat of "spicy" was absolutely perfect. The Naan bread was warm, fluffy, and flavorful. The women in the front were very polite, but quite soft spoken. If you're not sure what you want, don't be afraid to ask for their suggestion! It was pretty "dead", but I am pretty sure that's just because COVID has really cut down on patrons, because the food is great. Either way, my wife and I prefer quite so it worked out for us.
The only complaint I have is that they have a TV in the dinning area. It was kind of awkward and distracting to be honest. It appears there are speakers in the ceiling, but they weren't on. I would recommend changing the TV to a music station honestly; just something to help cut down on the silence, but not distract. Indian music would be fitting, but even something local or modern would be better than random shows. We got to watch a "Resident Evil" cartoon in a foreign language while we were there.
If you're looking for Indian food that will have you coming back for more, this is it! Delicious!
Nice place for Indian cury food. Buffet provided at noon($9.99) and evening($12.99). Lunch provides cury chicken, vegetable. Dinner provides fried rice, lamb, fish. Beer and cooktail are also available.
I have never had a bad meal here! The Tika masala is delicious and the service is great! Best Indian in Auburn
I ordered online for pickup and only waited 10 minutes for it once I got there. It was fresh and still hot. Ordered Chicken Curry, Lamb Tikki Masala, Garlic Naan and Dal Makhani. It was all delicious and the staff was very gracious. Definitely a go-to when you're in the mood for Indian food.
Went here for dinner with a large group. The ambience is good. Food is great apart from the Soups. So avoid ordering soups(1 star less because of this). Loved both the vegetarian and nonvegeterian main courses. Apart from that felt the place is little short staffed. However the only staff present there, was very nice, friendly and explained everything what we asked for. I heard the buffet is good, We will visit here for the buffet soon and will update the review accordingly.
Best Indian in town and the cardamom sweet tea is out of this world. That's how I make it at home now, after I had it there I had to have more, it's a sweet tea gamechanger, y'all. Cardamom! Who knew?! They knew, Bombay Grill knew.
Good food for people who want to eat Indian food
Tasty food. Pleasantly surprised to find tasty Indian food in Opelika/Auburn. Raj is an amazing guy and they provide excellent food. Tadka daal was matchless. Baingan bharta was superb.
