Wow the employee just lets his friends walk in the store like they own it and just munch on everything and stand in front of the store and block the entrance really and the lady that drives that white car is weird as heck cmon 7-11 do better

I was trying to call to see if they had any denim extra large condoms in stock and no one answered the phone, bad customer service!

They are honest and honorable. I lost my debit card and 2 days later when I realized it was gone, I went there (the last place I used it) and they had saved it. They checked my ID to make sure the names lined up even. I am so grateful. It takes honesty to save a lost debit card. Thanks so much.

There was a lady coughing on the cups for the fountain drinks and slushes. She doesn’t even work there. She’s the wife of an employee.

Staff are rude, liars, and thieves. They refuse to honor vender coupons found on products in the same store. First the guy told me the coupon had to be on next purchase. Fine, whatever. Later the same day, the same cashier refused to honor the coupon on another purchase.
He pretended to apply the dollar off, I asked why it's still 2.99, he said it's normally 3.99.
I said, "No, I pay 2.99 for this almost every day." He refused to apply discount, stole the coupon that was on the item and demanded I hand over the coupon I got from earlier. I flat out refused.
They play dumb and pretend not to understand English if you ask them anything.
The store is dirty, and cashiers make you wait while they talk on their phone and drag their feet back to the counter. I used to overlook some of this. Used to. Givl them.
