Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I don't usually find it necessary to rate so low, I'm fairly easy to please. I'll start with the good and end with the bad. Waitstaff at this Red Robin is exceptional. Kind, quick, smiling faces, and a genuine willingness to serve. Great job guys! Food....if you haven't been to a Red Robin and had the sweet potato fries, then your missing out. My son and I had traveled for about 12 hours the night before and were operating 3 hours of sleep so we were VERY hungry and not disappointed. I had Teriyaki Chicken but in a wrap. It the messiest thing ever, but so so so good. I had to use a fork at the end but I didn't care. My son had the Southern Charm Burger and he was struggling to eat it. My friend had the Whiskey River BBQ wrap and loved it. The bad part. The ladies restroom was disgraceful (see photo). I'm confident it was a giant germ pool. My friend said there was a hole in the wall of the middle wall so large you could see clearly into the next stall. The sink and a later conversation are where I struggle. Why would a brand name like Red Robin not properly install a soap dispenser and put the paper towel in it's dispenser? Two entire soap cartridges were just sitting on the bathroom counter. No soap in the hanging dispenser and literally water EVERYWHERE. I slipped in it walking to the counter. The soap dispenser cartridge is not designed to be used outside of the hanging dispenser for a reason. It's difficult to get soap out without touching something every other person who used the restroom has. It's literally like a science project of nasty. I'll share my photo on their website for sure. Why you ask? Such a "karen" move you say? Well...you can thank me later for stopping the spread or an outbreak of a poop born disease. 🤷‍♀️ The petri dish of a bathroom was made so much worse when discussing it with someone who heard us talking and they said the soap hasn't been in a proper dispenser for a long time. They said they've mentioned it to the restaurant before! So this was not a NEW issue🤢....rating sits at 2.

We (my husband and I) order delivery from this Red Robin probably twice a month, and sadly their service had started to go downhill fast. The past several times they have forgotten fries, sauces or messed up on the burger orders. When ordering online for delivery, there is an option for extra fries, which I always choose for both of our burgers, this time they actually remembered to add one but as you can see in the pictures, there are hardly any there. One of the main reasons we love Red Robin is the sauce, so we always order a lot of it. The max you can order is 20 per order(20 little cups or they combine to 10 slightly bigger ones if the same sauce type), which I did, we received 1 of the slightly bigger ones. We will give this location one more chance, then we’ll be moving on to another one, sad to say it because they used to be the best! (They used to always get your order correct, gave a fair amount of fries, so I miss what they were!)

Our service was so fast and friendly. The server that took our order put it into a handheld computer and before she left our table our drinks were already brought to us. When we asked for suggestions she was very good at providing answers. I'm really sorry that I did not get her name. Our burgers were delicious and our server was great at bringing hot fresh additional fries. Also, on checking back to make sure everything was good. It was probably the best Red Robin experience I have had to date.

Service was fair and prompt. The food was great. Just enough choices to have variety. Bottomless fries and drinks are wonderful, especially for my family we all like drinking lots of liquids when we eat. The prices are fair for the portion size and again bottomless fries if you need to munch a little more. We ordered appetizers as well. I have to say the pretzel bites taste amazing!! We arrived around 530pm to 6pm on a Friday afternoon and were seated in less than 10 minutes. 4 adults and a baby. Quite reasonable for a busy time. We eat at Red Robin at least twice in a months time. This location has never failed to please us.

They are a well oiled machine. I had my order taken and out the door with my food in about 30 minutes for how busy they were I was impressed. I was given an extra ranch rather than my campfire. I came back 10 minutes later they remembered me and quickly gave me my campfire sauce. Good food. Great service amazing atmosphere. I have door dashed here a few times impressed with how attention driven they are when they send you on your way.

I have enjoyed Red Robin for many years. This occasion was my birthday and I brought my daughter with me for a girls lunch. The restaurant was not anticipating as many patrons this day that they received. There were only 2 sections open, and our section had between 9 and 11 tables (ours included) during our visit. Thankfully the team had food runners. Our server was the only one in our section and handled it with ease, and I'm thankful. It wasn't the most attentive service I've had there, but that is by no fault of our server, he was great. I'd recommend this restaurant because even with an unexpectedly heavy flow of parties, the team appeared to work together to create an enjoyable experience.

Well ordered their new smothered BBQ brisket chips. Buyer Beware. The pictures are definitely not what we got. Guess no one there checks that 2 orders means just that not cut one in half because if what we got was 2 that's even worst. Oh BTW we had our food delivered so they figured they could just rip us off. Because the rest of the order was correct. I will give them that. Life is tough enough without these jokers. If you could give a zero I would.

The pizza was very good, and the cookie shake will cure your sweet tooth...lol the only knock was the bottomless fries. Not so bottomless never got any refills, even though our hostess asked the manager about them twice during the course of our meal. Very friendly and helpful service. Next visit: Staff very friendly, bottomless items were served/refilled this time. The only shirt fall this time was custom order was not checked and was wrong. Replaced but charged for both items. Our server got it fixed:-)
