I've been eating at sweet peas for years. Their breakfast is what brings me back time after time. It's a restaurant you can bring your employee's before work to show you appreciate them. Their service at every step from walking in, to paying your check is friendly and quick without feeling rushed. You can also bring your family for a very enjoyable meal where you can take your time and have a good meal and conversation without being hurried. The food is five stars never a complaint. Highly recommend.

I grew up in and around Auburn for most of my life and when I became an adult my dad and I used to meet here for breakfast every now and then. I moved out of state some years ago but whenever I travel back here to California, I make it a point to come in here, sit down with a hot cup of coffee and order a "big Tim's"... Just like my dad and I used to do for so many years... It was really great to be able to do this again in honor of my dad and the food and atmosphere was just as great when I used to be here with him... Until we meet again among the stars ✨️ Pop, you know you are ALWAYS welcome in my dreams. ❤

A true family home style restaurant. Food was great. Bloody Mary’s too. I was going to order the Mexican Skillet but then my server offered me an off the menu meal comparable to the Mex Skillet but better. It was so good, I ate the WHOLE thing as big as it was. Wife didn’t care for the gravy with biscuits. Gravy too much flour. Very friendly restaurant 4.9 ⭐️

Great little place in Gold County. Large portions, fresh food in a nice atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch only so come early. Will return when in the area again.

This little breakfast place holds a special place in mine and my husband's hearts. Not only is the food super yummy, when I was pregnant, we stopped in for breakfast and there was a family sitting behind us with a little boy. We overheard them talking to their little boy and we both just looked at each other and knew that had to be our name (if we had a boy). We ended up having a boy and named our son the little boy's name! Had it not been for Sweet Pea's we wouldn't have named our son that special name and we are going back this weekend for the first time since that day. Can't wait! :)

Sweetpeas in Auburn consistently serves delicious food with top-notch service. The club sandwich was great, the omelettes are excellent - especially the chicken enchilada omelette! It was loaded with generous chunks of juicy chicken, an appropriate amount of rich cheese, and savory red sauce. Also, the kitchen staff have a hilarious sense of humor! Site parking is somewhat limited.

Sweetpeas is a top tier breakfast/lunch place in Auburn. You seat yourself and the staff keep things brief and to the point. Coffee flows often into your cup, and if you care to chat the wait staff up, they'll probably surprise you. Food is absolutely incredible, packed with flavor. The gravy for the Biscuits is some of my favorite if you like it to have a little sweetness to it. Enjoy the wall of mugs and eclectic decorations throughout the restaurant. Great prices in these expensive times as well, usually comparable to chain dinners.
